Parkville Pediatric Dentistry reviews
16Friendly and caring staff, very comfortable office. My favorite dentist office I look forward to going to.
The staff is very friendly and the Dr is amazing the girls love it. The only thing I wish they would do is online payment. It would make my life alot easier as a single mom with a single income. But other than me wishing for an online payment option. Everything else is amazing.
Cute, playful waiting room. Friendly staff. Clean building. We had a great first visit for my 20 month old daughter. She walked away with a fun toy and a little report card.
We’ve been coming for 6 years, wonderful dentist and great with kids! I even go on Tuesdays when they are adults.
I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Graue. My friends recently moved to Parkville and I recommended that they see Dr. Graue for their pediatric dentistry needs. They told me that she is kind and professional. Her office is fun and she takes the time to explain treatment. Highly recommend.
She just wants money, doesn't give kids best care. I never leave bad reviews. Here's simply the facts: We brush 2x daily and floss them daily yet she still sees "cavities" and bills a good amount to fill BABY teeth. Says has to be done. The kids feel bad about having a "cavity" and as a Mom who tries hard all day every day, I feel horrible about it. I asked the dentist to her face is there ANYTHING more we can do to prevent this? I trusted her to be honest with me. She only mentioned the things we'd already been doing. I told my neighbor how bummed out I was. They take their kids to mykidsdentist and said they put sealant on their teeth to protect them. She said surely your dentist already did this for your kids? I literally just got off the phone with parkville ped dentist. Nope. They didn't give my children sealant to protect them. "We put it on adult teeth" parkville peds dentist said. I asked if it can be done on baby teeth too. "Yes. " How much does it cost? "$60 per tooth". And how much is a filling? "They start at $400. " I asked the dentist TO HER FACE for her help at our appointment weeks ago, anything to protect us from these cavities she fills. She never mentioned or offered sealant. CLEARLY she'd prefer to allow children to get cavities so she can make more money rather than give the care we are trusting and paying her to give in preventing cavities. Mykidsdentist just spoke with me, yes they use sealant on kids baby teeth of course they said, to protect from cavities. Just the facts. I'm shocked a healthcare provider would operate this way and needed to share it.
We were referred to Dr. Graue because my son needed extensive dental work done under anesthesia at the hospital. Dr. Graue did a great job. She was easy to communicate with and his caps look great and natural. We are very happy we were able to have her do his dental work and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a Pediatric Dentist.
My family used this office for a little over two years. It was one disappointment after another. I really dislike switching providers, but in this case, there were too many letdowns to stay.
My entire family (adults included) has been going here for 5 years. Great staff! I've had a lot of work done to my aging teeth, so I know them all well:)
Very friendly and informative. Made sure I was always comfortable and explained what was going on as the work was being done. Teeth look great! Hadn't been in 10 plus years and def glad I came here. The color change was much more than expected just from a cleaning!
My daughter has been incredibly afraid of dentist visits in the past however our experience recently at Parkville Pediatric Dentistry was amazing. The staff was attentive, kind and Ms. Rose was just fantastic with my daughter calming her fears and helping with the nervousness. I’m so glad I found this office and will return in the future.
Horrible! Never given any options until I said I was going to report them to the BBB. Then they refused to see my son now he needs dental surgery and has nowhere to go as Children's Mercy is not currently accepting patients.
These dentists and techs are so friendly, professional, and personable. My family loves it there. My young daughter is always happy and the staff are so great with her. Dentists are warm, friendly, and real with you. Great practice!
Today was our first visit to Parkville Pediatric Dentistry, and we had a great experience. My daughter loved the tvs to watch while getting her teeth worked on. And she loved getting a coin for a toy afterwards and being able to pick out her own toothbrush.
I was referred to pediatric dentistry for my sons dental work; and will continue to bring him routinely as the service was fantastic. Dr. Rachael provided the best service to myself and my son, she's very detailed while explaining things and listening to any questions or concerns from nervous parents. Dental procedures can cause lots of anxiety and knowing that Dr. Rachael and her staff would be taking care of my son took the anxiety away and brought comfort.
I've been taking my kiddos to Parkville Pediatric Dentistry since they were 2 and 3-years old and they are now 11 and 12. The staff is friendly and very patient. I couldn't get the IPAD to work for the Patient Information Portal so they took the time to do it for me - wow, talk about service. My daughters and I have a hectic schedule - they always find a way to see all 3-of us at the same time. I've had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Dr. Graue and his staff because they have a high caring level for their patients.
