I used to come here for all our birthday balloons and supplies, but won't again. Next time I'm going to Walmart, CVS or Dollar Tree for inflated balloons, all of which are closer to me and have other party supplies also.

Lousy customer service, employees don't want to do anything, especially don't want to fill balloons for you.

Came by the store 15 minutes before close to pick up party plates, etc, and they were closed. Returned the next morning at 10am and they opened late.

I came in a other time to get balloons 10 minutes its before close and they said their boss told them they can't fill balloons after half hour before close. There was no line for balloons, I had chosen my balloons already. I think they just didn't want to work. When I returned the next morning they opened late.

Won't be coming back here!

The return policy on the receipt and the return policy posted in the store are not consistent with each other. I tried returning an unused, undamaged item and they would not let me return it because it was opened. It could have been easily taped shut and resold. It was very obviously unused and new and had the original packaging. The policy on the receipt says ". Must be in original packaging with all components in unused condition or have manufacturer defects. " The clerk argued that because the package was "damaged" the item is therefore damaged and can't be resold. The manager just pointed to the return policy that was posted and said you can't return it since it's opened. Both of them could have been much more polite about it. I told them that the receipt policy is different than the policy posted in-store and maybe they should tell someone higher up so the policy on the receipt could be updated.

They were most definitely short staffed like most places right now, but the two people that helped me could not have been any nicer!

This store has everything. Gave me great party theme ideas. I always buy all of my cards there.
I do think they need a few more employees to help people find things, fill helium balloons and to check out.

Very disappointed with my recent experience here. 2 weeks ago, I came in to purchase 6 helium filled balloons. The 2 gentlemen that helped me (a clerk & manager) were very helpful. They took my order, confirmed my pickup date & time, & I thought I was all set. On Saturday, I arrived to pickup my order. When I saw 5 inflated balloons, I was confused. Upon asking about the 6th balloon (which was in a bag) the cashier told me I had not paid for 6 balloons. I said there must be an error. I showed her my receipt, told her who I spoke to, explained again what I ordered - 6 filled balloons. I even asked her, why would I buy 6 balloons and only have 5 filled? A female manager came over, looked at the receipt, and said I paid for 6 balloons, and the clerk that originally charged my order apparently (by mistake) only charged me for 5 "helium" charges. She proceeded to say the clerk was new and he just "missed" it. I said ok, but it was his mistake. It should not be on me now to fix this. I asked her to please fill the balloon so I could get to my daughters shower. The manager was rude and said I wasn't leaving there with anything I didn't pay for. She wanted to charge me $7.50 plus tax for something I thought I already paid for. Frustrated, I did not agree to pay another $7.50 on top of the $48 I had already paid. I asked for my balloons so I could leave. The clerk was going to hand them to me, when I realized I paid for a bag. So I asked her to put them in bag, showed her my receipt, to which she replied "you only paid for one bag and these won't fit in a bag". I just said "really? " So I made them refund my bag (a whole $1.50 plus tax) just because the manager was so rude. If she wasn't going to "fill a balloon I didn't pay for" there was no way I was paying for a bag I didn't get. I will NEVER shop here again. Clearly this manager was not trained to be professional. I was not rude. And I was treated poorly. I will take my business elsewhere in the future. Even if it costs more. I prefer to do business with people who value customers and the money spent at their businesses!

Never EVER go to this location! I placed an online order and went within 3 days to pick it up only to find it had been canceled (no email was ever sent to confirm this). So whatever, I go into the store to buy the items myself. I have a baby and toddler with me. Super frazzled. A little upset about the whole thing. I go to checkout and ask the associate why they canceled my order with no warning (yes, probably had a tone in my voice), and he got totally offended and REFUSED to sell me the items! Yes, I repeat. He REFUSED TO SELL ME THE ITEMS OR TO SERVE ME!? Said he was the "manager" and his name was Thomas and that I had no further recourse but to leave. Absolutely unacceptable. He should be fired IMMEDIATELY.
