Pasta House Co, Creve Coeur MO

Can’t give any stars because Jeff the manager was so rude! I called a week in advance to give a heads up I was bringing in a party of 15. I know it’s first come first serve but told them we were happy to split up. We arrived and he said we’re not going to serve you. There were multiple empty smaller tables but he kept saying there was already a large group and we couldn’t stay unless we wanted to wait two hours. We left but can’t recommend this place because customer service is non existent!

Food was average. I’ve had better Italian food. The staff was friendly and I had excellent service. Dining room was clean. It was very affordable.

My wife wanted to order Pasta House for dinner. I was reluctant, but gave in. (They always overcook their pasta.) But I love their salads.
So I picked up our order, got home, said our prayers, and dug in.
I hate to put it this way, but.this dinner was perfecto
The salad was distributed well, with the right amount of dressing.
The toasted ravioli were a bit on the dry side, but the pasta, the pasta was absolutely delicious.
After so many disappointments, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the pasta was perfect!
Not overcooked, as usual.

If I could give you guys 10 stars, I definitely would

Called ahead to reserve for a group. Spoke with the manager who confirmed no problem and date and time. The day of they refused to serve us. When we asked to speak with a manager they said no. We even offered to sit separately so we wouldn’t be considered a “large party. ” The restaurant was probably 70% full and they still refused to serve us but sat 20 other people in the time we were there so clearly could handle the 20 person party we were.

Turn your door-dash option off if you’re unable to process orders. To be charged for food I can’t get and have to wait to be refunded or utilize a credit for a order that was cancelled under a minute in processing it’s ridiculous.

As someone who’s worked in food industry I walk with a bit of understanding but if you’re understaffed or don’t have the ingredients the smart thing to do is limit that option entirely.

Make better choices

The meal was delicious and the waitress was super nice! It was a big group and she was very friendly and efficient.

Food was typical for Pasta House. Service was lacking on this visit. They were fairly busy.

Mikkah was a great server. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. Can't say anything negative to say. Good prices also. Fried Ravioli is to die for. The Fish and Chicken Marsala were excellent.

Had a great meal all liked what they had. Fast service. Would go again. Was very noisy in there.

It's the Pasta House for goodness sakes! They've been around for years, and I've been eating at Pasta Houses for years as well. My wife and I recently met a friend at the Creve Coeur restaurant. I ordered some toasted ravioli and their house salad. They were both delicious as always. Service was great, and it wasn't so loud that we couldn't have a decent conversation (as opposed to an indecent conversation?). I highly recommend them for a mid-price restaurant with nice atmosphere and delicious food.

Host sat us. We waited 8 minutes for ANY service. I caught the host's eye to inquire what the hell!? He stared blankly. We got up and as we walked past him asked what the hell!? He still stared blankly. The server next to him at the host station wished us a wonderful day? ! Either everyone working there had a trans ischemic attack at the same time or the Creve Coeur Pasta House is one effed up place. Stay away.

First time visit food was very good very hot the service was very good as well best part of the meal was the cannoli

Pasta House has always been my favorite. It was my first time here and I was not disappointed.

We all love this restaurant! Food is consistently excellent and the service is top notch. The interior decor is awesome too!

Update July 2023

Family of ten came in and we asked to be seated in the bar area because the main dining room was very crowded and we needed to be away from crowds because of my husband's health issues. They jumped to it and quickly put three tables together and set the table. Thank you to the amazing Pasta House team for being so considerate of our needs.

First server started by complaint how tired she was that she was "working on fumes" I think is how she put it. She left I guess to get water, but never came back. But never fear Mekkah stepped in to save the day. What a great addition to the already great Pasta House team that set up our tables. She is truly a gem. Thank you again, Mekkah, for making our evening specia and enjoyable.

A complimentary pitcher of Sangria was delivered to the table for our long wait. What a nice touch on PH's part. Needless to say I found a new drink to love, so great marketing on PH's part as well.

Food was excellent. Everyone very happy and that's saying a lot when you have a large party to feed

Update May 2022 - We went back and had a great experience. Salads were excellent. Did not try a pasta. Service was also excellent. They have earned our business again.
Previous Review-
Girlfriend ordered the Chicken Alfredo. It was so salty she couldn't eat it. The linguine was stuck together and gummy. Food was only Luke warm.

I’ve been going to Pasta House since i was a child and now I’m in my 40’s. I’m reconsidering ever supporting them again.

I called in at 7: 20 PM. When I asked to place an order for carry out the woman on the phone rudely shot back at me “can you be here in 15 mins? ! ” I told her I was already in the car driving that way. They close at 8 PM and I wasn’t more than 8-10 mins away. After quickly reconsidering I told her I’d order from somewhere else. I’m sure she didn’t care as she got to go home sooner. Corporate needs to look into this location. They’re an embarrassment to Pasta House. I won’t be going back. I can visit plenty of other places who welcome my business!

I love the salads and the Penne Adriano there. I used to go there all the time when I was little and I've always loved it.

The manager is an extremely rude man and is a horrible example of customer service! I feel bad for the company if this is what they have to offer it’s disappointing
