3Mr Rodery was summoned to appear in court on my behalf on May 23,2023 and failed to appear, failed to notify court I was filing bankruptcy, failed to notify me and cost me $10000 due to a judgement that could have been prevented according to the judge and court clerk had he showed or filed paperwork that I was filing bankruptcy. Court said I was not notified from then because he was my attorney by hire. This case was opened in 2023 to be correct and it still doesn’t give an attorney legal right to miss a court date on purpose.
Patrick took $1,500 retainer for services and never met the man. I fired him after two weeks of no action and failure to answer phone calls. Patrick refused to return my money. I had to sue
