New owner is fantastic, Has transformed this into a High end pawn shop that has everything you could ever want! Have to check this place out!

I don't usually do reviews.

However, after my recent purchase (or should I say purchases) I feel the need to share my experience with this place.

Jason the new owner not only made me a bundle deal on the stuff I wanted. The more i bought the better the prices were. And the initial item I was interested in was priced good enough for me to drag a trailer for over an hour. And the deals just kept coming. So I was more than excited.

After I got home I noticed I was missing some pieces to my big ticket item. I text Jason and he immediately responded he would look into it. Less than 5min later he had found the pieces I was missing and offered to bring them to me.

This is now the next day. I get home from work to find that while I was at work, so was Jason. He drove 2.5hrs today to drop off the parts to ensure i had what i needed because they were missed when loading.

Will definitely continue to do business even though I'm not local. Keep up the good work.

The new owner was extremely helpful on getting me caught up with my pawn ticket.making sure i was satisfied.also they have great deals going on at the moment.stop in an take a look you will not be disappointed.

I like to review places that I visit more than once. This place has nice items when I came in on Friday people were ok they treated me nicely but when I went in Saturday looking to sell gold the older gentleman didn't want to buy it because the chains were broken. Took the same gold to alpha pawn and they gave me 75.

I pulled up finished handling business on the phone call I was on so that I didn’t enter the store on one. I called before coming so that I could make sure they accept iPads.

This white man comes to my car and ask what I’m doing I tell him finishing business, then coming in. He tells me it’s a high protected place I either have to come in or leave. I said ok. Literally within 2mins I finished my conversation, and walked in. Mind you I called before about what I had, I asked then with the lady on the phone if I have to have the charger because it didn’t come with one. She said no.

Oh it’s not over, I started talking to the woman at the counter as another customer was leaving. He butts in asked what I wanted, I had my iPad in my hand. I told him I was looking to sell, I said I believe I spoke with her. Cuts me off as he has his arms folded and stops me again, WHAT DO YOU WANT. He then say do you have the charger? I said no but I can go get one. If it can be any iPhone charger. I said but On the phone I was told I don’t have to. Nope can’t do it. Nope nothing.

He talked to me like I had stolen goods or something and was very rude.

If all your staff don’t no policy don’t let them answer the phone. And this is as much as my neighbor Mykisha than anyone else.
