Patterson Place Apartments, St. Louis MO

My experience was horrible. I will never apply for these apartments again, I kept getting the run around about my application from the staff.immediately felt a weird and unpleasant vibe coming in. I honestly thought these apartments were super nice and luxurious, but due to staff I could not move forward with my application.

After reading all the bad reviews, I’m glad we didn’t move here. The leasing office is horrible. It took 4 days and multiple calls and emails to get ahold of anybody to get answers about our application. We asked for a refund of the holding fee and they denied it. Ridiculous.

I’ve lived here for over a year, definitely the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Incredible neighbors, great staff that work with you 24/7, and a gorgeous area surrounding the apartments. 5 stars!

Living at Patterson Place for two years was nothing short of miserable. Various unnecessary construction projects were an eyesore and prevented us from being able to use our driveway, our porchlights were never fixed afterward, and one of them left a leak in our bedroom roof/ceiling that took MONTHS to be repaired fully. Maintenance calls took days or weeks to be completed. Management is completely incompetent and never gets anything done effectively, and there were 3-4 different ones the whole time we lived there, each worse than the one before. Meanwhile they called us to complain about the messiness of our porch because they didn’t want their boss to see it. The final straw was when, after two years of paying our rent on time and being ideal tenants, we received a bill for $1,000 stating that the entire carpet needed to be replaced. After everything we put up with, they will absolutely not see that money and will be reported.

We have lived here for a short time & have experienced only good things. Office personnel easy to work with & respond in a timely manner. Maintenance workers were very friendly & addressed our concerns quickly & professionally.
