They do a great job with the grooming, but they don't answer their phones and don't have an option to make appointments online.

I've been taking my Bella there for about 10 years. I have three more dogs and take them as well. They do fabulous work and are so polite. I recommend them to everyone!

This is a great shop to work with - we love them, and literally drive 25 minutes out of our way b/c they are just so great!

Worst! I mean its worst then a mechanic dont get skammed! Spent over 600 dollars on my dog and she didnt even recommend steriods. Now im with a dead dog and 600 in the trash reporting u to jugde judy for animal cruelty.

What a great groomer! I just moved from another state and had to find a new groomer. I hit the jackpot!

The first time I went here they where great! My dog was washed, nails grinded, and her hair on her lower stomach TRIMMED. The last time I went here I was hoping for the same experience. Unfortunately, even though I stated just a lower stomach trim with everything she got last time. One of the groomers got too clipper happy and decided to trim my dog's ears, legs, butt fluff, and SHAVE her lower stomach. She is extremely itchy because of this and will not taking her back here because the groomer didn't stick to what I asked for.

Great dog salon. I've just started taking my dogs there and they enjoy it. Always look and smell great afterwards.

I have been going to Paws and relax for about 9 or 10 years. They are great treat my fur babies with care. Prices are fair!

From the first call they were so friendly. I felt very comfortable taking our little Maltese there for the first time. They did an amazing job and will definitely be going there again!

After a horrible horrible experience down the road, I was very concerned about bringing my Great Pyrenees to another groomer. Paws and Relax listened to my concerns, friendly and took wonderful care of Bella. We will be going back!

Love this place! I have a huge 120lb Akita and he is ALWAYS full of that thick shed.they made him look absolutely gorgeous! Other groomers have had issues with getting him dry in the past and I've picked him up from other places and his hind legs, belly and neck have been wet. Not this place! He was so well groomed and not a single hair shed from his fat butt after the visit! & usually $100-$120 for a groom for him.this place. ONLY $73!? OMG! Definitely going back there, and ALWAYS giving that extra tip. They deserve it!

They are great with getting you in. I took one star off because of how unprofessional one employee was.
