Great shop, was very happy with how they treated me and my dog, they are very passionate and friendly. They answer pretty quick to their messages, we will def be back with our boy!

UPDATE: THIS GROOMER IS PETTY! Your business will continue to struggle. You will continue to see a door of inconsistent employees and leaving customers. She got mad for my honest review, below after she asked me why did I give her 3 Stars and refused to cut my dogs, because she felt like she deserved 5. Show me the lie, I told? We are in a time where people can't emotionally handle the truth. LOL! HEFFA, WHO DOES THAT? THIS IS EXACTLY WHY YOU DIDNT DESERVE IT! YOU ARE A FAKE. I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU -3 at this point because even then I was being generous. I would not continue to trust anybody to groom my babies with this mindset, anyway. I see that is sick too.

I just recently seen your response to my rating from 4 mths ago. I didn't initially say anything just gave 3 Stars, but you responded to it. I heard about this and I said when I rescheduled, I would mention it to you, but I didn't knw you wrote a response to my rating. I referred someone to your location and you mentioned my review to the customer. Who I sent to spend their money with you (fur babies X2). I don't think that was professional, but that's cool. However, I would love to share my experiences with you guys in order for you to access where improvement is needed.
One of my furbabies is used to being groomed for 14 yrs now. He has only been groomed by one other place besides your location. I brought my now, two fur babies to your location due to the scheduling flexibility that I needed, the location and similar to the place they once went, the groomers seem to be very pleasant and professional. I gave three stars, not just for one visit. We have been coming for a year and a half now. Like the previous groomer, when my babies initially started coming to you, I was able to assess who was the right groomer for my babies based on how they were groomed and my expectations for what I was paying for. Since I have been coming groomers have not always been available due to them quiting. You initially had a website and when the website is accessible you are still able to pick which groomer you would like. I have had to submit my information to this website multiple times to schedule an appointment or try to reach out to you by phone because the website would not let customers make an appointment. My babies are comfortable with you guys but I want them groomed a certain way. I have continued to request and schedule them with you, Riah as their groomer. For the most part you have serviced them well, but there were times only to come into the shop and see someone else grooming them after I have left them with you or on one occasion you told me after I showed up, that you would not be grooming today and when I came to pick them up you was grooming another pet. I asked you about it and you said they were getting backed up and you had to help. If the customer is paying solely for their pet to be groomed by a particular person, its not saying the other groomer is not good or you didn't teach them well. It's saying I, as the paying customer have a preference. My expectations of how I want them cut and groomed has been written down several times only to be told that you are using a different system. Because If you have the same groomer on a regular basis you don't have to tell the groomer what is expected as a customer and pets that have been coming for over a year and half. Due to familiarity, for the most part. I don't have to remind and explain for someone to clean cut one pets face and paws and groom the other pet another way, without issues. Which causes me to have to show the groomer when I pick them up, who is not familiar with what I normally request or I didn't initially drop them off to. Now, I have to let them know again and wait for them to do what should have already been done. If you are not able or available to groom, the customer should be notified to decide if they want to proceed to schedule, reschedule or go elsewhere. I have not had a bad experience but I have not had a 5 stars experience, either. There is room for improvement.

I have students who intern at this location. The owners are great people and very passionate about what they do. I recommend them to everyone looking for a great cut from caring people. I always prefer to support a local business, but especially one that supports their community.

Not sure they listen…. I have had my puppy since April I took my Cocoa here for her first puppy cut and things went ok she was way shorter then I expected but it was fine… her next visit I asked that her ears not be cut when I pick Cocoa up her ear were cut. Besides that the rest of the cut was fine so I took her back again. This time I tried to make sure I was clear! Please do not cut her ears or her tail. That time they did not cut her ears but they cut her tail…. This final time was my last straw as we have been growing Cocoas hair out for the winter months! I was very clear that I did not want her hair cut only trim and cut her face. When arriving I am met with Cocoa shaved down to a summer cut! I will no longer be taking my puppy to Pawsitive vibes as it seems they cut your animal how ever they like regardless of what u ask

I broke my dog there in April. I explained to them how I wanted her cut; low on the body and not low on the hair. When I picked her up, they have you to pay first. When they brought her out she was wayyyy too low. Her hair was completely off on her head and she looked like a boy. She’s never had her hair that low. I was pissed! Then the guy who I told how I wanted her hair; he was no longer there. The guy who cut her said that’s the way he was explained to cut her hair. Because I had paid they said they said they couldn’t do anything at that time. They were less than apologetic. I then got a call from who I thought was the manager (who I explained how I wanted her haircut). He promised me 10% at my next visit. I actually didn’t really plan on going back but figured why not. Months later I took her back and told them about the 10% off. The girl said “ok I’ll call and check”. Hours later she called and said that they haven’t started her grooming because of some odd reason and asked whether I still wanted her cut and to inform me that she wasn’t able to do the 10% off because it’ll effect the groomer when that particular groomer didn’t do the last cut. Anyway I said of course I still want her hair cut. I just knew I wasn’t coming back. It just annoyed the hell out of me because it took FOREVER for her hair yo grow back and then I was given absolute NOTHING for my inconvenience.

The absolute BEST… they always take good care of my baby. The best part… they have caps for the nail for kittie cats … so adorable. Friendly & very affordable

I'm deeply disappointed to leave this negative review for Pawsitive Vibes Grooming located in Ferguson, Missouri, but I felt it necessary to let others know about the horrible experience I encountered at their facility.

From the moment I walked in, it was immediately apparent that there was a lack of professionalism amongst the staff members. They seemed more interested in engaging in idle gossip rather than attending to their customers or their beloved pets.

When handing over my dog for his grooming appointment, not once did I feel reassured or confident in the service he was to receive. To make matters worse, my dog looked visibly stressed throughout his time at the facility, and the staff did little to ensure his comfort.

Upon retrieval of my dog after the grooming session, I was shocked to discover that his fur had been unevenly shaved and even nicked in several spots. It was apparent that Pawsitive Vibes Grooming has not taken the proper steps to ensure their groomers are adequately trained and equipped with the necessary skills required for a successful grooming job.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Pawsitive Vibes Grooming to any pet owner. Their lack of professionalism and inadequate results are both unacceptable and distressing. Please save your time and money and seek out a more competent grooming company that values both you and your fur-baby's needs.

While I have put my word in for getting my Pyrs in to have them cleaned and groomed, the reviews that are 1 star are mostly from people being ignorant and botching their reputation - believe none of it, try them yourself.
Should their services be nothing but the best I will adjust my review, but I expect great things from great people who have great attitudes.

I love this place. I have a pitbull and they took her no questions asked. The price was way less than what I expected and that included nails, teeth etc. They are very down to earth and calm. My kind of place. Check it out. Warning it's a little hard to find set back off street but be patient it's worth it.

Everyone here is amazing. From the time you call to make an appointment to when you pick up your furbaby, things are peaceful, welcoming, professional and timely. You have the option to select what grooming services you like/need. All pricing is up front and no surprises. They treated my puppy like a Prince. He went in a complete fluff and came out perfectly cut with his coat so softand smelling good. If you're looking for quality, professional grooming, Pawsitive Vibes is your place. The staff are passionate about animals and it shows in every detail. Give them a call asap

They took great care of my dog! She's adorable and where she normally is afraid of grooming, here she's always happy and excited! I'm so happy to have found a groomer that loves my baby as much as I do!

Excellent groomers, do a good job every time and are very gentle with my dogs. Staff is nice, and the salon is clean.
