True Situation, I was a customer in July who paid off the loan I wanted, now recently I needed to get a loan for personal needs because of the recent cold weather and was in the shock of my life, I was accused of not paying on the loan, which is red flag status, and I was told that it needed to be resolved, so the manager at Branson West, admitted he was at fault, he said it was not cleared in the computer by him, this upset me, and I had severe panic attacks, then to rectify their mistake, I was offered an interest free loan for a loan for a month, Sorry! Being accused after you've paid the loan off, is unpleasant and unprofessional, I panicked and cried for nothing, the co-signer paid it off in July, so this shouldn't be an issue ever again, because they were cold, now I'm a cold person who don't trust people's mistakes at my mental expense. Don't use the payless loans! This is a true story and I'm done nothing more to say to them, they lost my business and I don't recommend them AT ALL!

Brady and the guys are great here and typically they always have what you want at an affordable price. If they don’t they try to find it for you too!

Not fond of the way they do business at all. You agree on a price and when you go to pay it off, they say oh well that wasn’t in the contract. I will also be contacting better business bureau as well.
