PCs for People, Kansas City MO

The new location is hard to find and is not easy to access for people on the bus line. If it's truly nonprofit to help those in need of affordable options why choose this location? I was not able to get my Computer for work due to the confusion and construction in the new area.

They sent me a computer within a month I haven’t turned it on yet but it seems pretty awesome and is definitely worth the price! Thank you!

Great help organization for Kansas City. Provides services for low income & public assistance populations, including tax services, computers, & internet connectivity. Utilizes government & private programs. Growing, with a larger HQ & locations in May 2023.

Low cost computers and internet connections, plus free tax preparation from IRS VITA volunteers. What's not to love?

I just wasted 30 minutes here trying to donate usable computer equipment and monitors, based on their website claiming they accept donations on the first Saturday of the month from 8: 00-noon. This does not appear to be the case.

They are absolutely amazing here. The ladies are very friendly. The computers are very reasonable as well.
