My shoulder is doing better everyday, this is a one on one great therapist, she does a great job in a small town but she knows what she is doing.

Rachel is very flexible and super willing to work to get you in at times that work for the patient. She is hand's on and explains why you are doing what you are doing. It's also a calm atmosphere. I would recommend Rachel and PEAK Sport & Spine.

Rachel has provided PT for me for a variety of conditions ranging from knee replacement to posture issues. She is always attentive to my needs and finds exercises that I can be successful with, and is always encouraging.
