I have been very happy with the therapy I’ve received at Peak Sport and Spine Mid County. Taylor is friendly, helpful and given me good advice. His treatments have helped alleviate my back pain.

Friendly, knowledgeable & experienced staff. Came here for lower back pain and, after a brief consultation with therapist Christina Spurgeon, received excellent care with meaningful results. The exercise routines have been helpful as I can continue to work on my lower back while I'm at home. Highly recommended.

I trust Jaime Boswell. She has many years of experience and knowledge. In these crazy times of healthcare I am always thankful that my family is in good hands with Jaime.

Zack is the best therapist I've ever had in my life. And I've had a few, as my parents both are PTs.
He is Straight to the point, doesn't waste session time rambling, and very knowledgeable!

Shawn is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, friendly, and caring. I drove 5 hours to see him and would do it again. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Peak for various reasons over the years. They are by far the best PT in St Louis! You are not w a therapist that is working with 4 other people at the same time - This is the only place I would recommend anyone to go for PT

PEAK sport and spine is very organized, easy to make or adjust appointments. My PT, Arik, is the best. He has taken care of me on and off for over 15 years and he is able to resolve my issues fully everytime. He has exceptional skills and knowledge. I highly recommend this place if you need PT

Cheryl has been great and I am glad she is my Physical Therapist. Caring, compassionate, professional, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend going to PEAK if you need help in this area.
Update: a year later I'm back with similar but different issues and Cheryl is still amazing! I know I'll be back to feeling great again when our sessions are through.

This is by far the best Physical Therapy place to go to receive the best care for your rehabilitation. They truly care deeply for your full recovery. They attempt to minimise your pain while they slave over you. They are friendly and always smiling and making you feel good even if your not.:) "Your in good hands" but there not selling you something except good health.

Very friendly and warm environment. Jamie really knows what she is doing and knows what the person needs.

I would highly recommend Jaime as I was in a great deal of lower back pain and left the first physical therapy session in much better shape. The exercises she gave me, plus the follow up visit, made my physical situation back to normal. I wouldn't hesitate to utilize her services in the future!
