We live up by the airport and are willing to make the drive to see Dr. Natasha because she is amazing! She has been seeing my children from infancy; almost 15 years. She always takes her time with us and answers all of our questions. She is current with research and an advocate for healthy screen time and mental health. I can’t say enough how much we love Dr. Natasha!

We LOVE Dr Natasha, so glad she and Dr Kevin opened a location out south- super easy to get to off 69 (just don’t type the suite # when putting into your navigation app). The new location is so cute and clean- love the way they set up the sick and well waiting areas.

We started seeing Dr. Kevin when he worked at the Plaza location and he has cared for all 4 of my kiddos, one of which is medically complex and has special needs. We live near the Plaza location but when he moved to South OP, we decided we would make the drive to see him. They do pediatric health care here the way it should be done. The new office is beautiful and very child friendly, the nursing staff is wonderful (we love Cathy and the their NP Emily) and Dr. Kevin is a one of the best pediatricians in the KC metro. He is personable, practices evidence based medicine and my kiddos love him. I have complete trust in his ability to care for my kiddos.

We love Dr. Ragsdale. She has been excellent with my two kids. We appreciate the urgent care hours this practice offers.

This office has bad communication. I had my baby at St. Lukes and their doctors saw my child while we were in the hospital in December. I received a letter in my daughters name back in Feb.with a bill from pediatric associates. They failed to bill my insurance from the hospital, so I gave them my insurance information. I did not receive anything after, so I assumed my insurance took care of the visit. It is now October and I received a bill from their collections company in my daughters name. I called the office to see why I never heard anything and the secretary told me they sent multiple attempts to collect before sending her to collections. I let her know that this was the first piece of mail that I have received since Feb.with my daughters name on it and I would have paid the $47.00 a long time ago. I also asked her to make sure the bills were going out to people because this is not okay for a child to have a collection on her record. She then stated they do not have time to contact every patient in regards to bills and she is not going to personally drive to my house to deliver mail. This whole exchange was RUDE. Yes they may have good doctors but the billing department need to figure out a new method when dealing with customers.

Called to make an appointment was told my insurance was accepted got to office was told unable to assit because they dont take state Mo Med. And was told to pay out of pocket. Girl in front stated that they make sure everyone knows that when new patients call.

We've been visiting Dr. Kevin Burgert since my child was born at St. Luke's. He's always provided excellent care. He asks great questions, gives solid advice, and never makes you feel like he is rushing through patients. His nurse is excellent. When my son was getting age 4 vaccinations, she somehow magically did the injections without him crying. Amazing! We've also visited with other doctors in the practice during urgent care hours and have been happy with being able to be seen quickly. Located just across the St. Luke's Plaza hospital, it is very convenient for us, with a designated parking lot attached to the office.

Dr Natasha is competent and efficient. She may not be soft and cuddly but my wife is a physician and we have been very comfortable with her in charge of care for or son.

We have been taking our girls, now 6 & 7 to Natasha Burgert since they were born and love how thorough and conscientious she is. She has helped us through several broken bones, migraines and illnesses. Feel like she refers us on to specialists when needed and follows up to make sure we are on the right path. Love that she is active in the community and enjoy reading her social posts/blogs.

Dr Natasha works collaboratively with the family to ensure your needs are met. She is up to date on research and always ensures her recommendations are based on data and family need. Dr N. Truly cares about her patients and takes time with all of them to make sure all quesions and concerns are covered.

My daughter has been with Dr. Natasha since she was 6 months when we moved to Kansas City, now she's 7 years old. She has been amazing, and always gives great advice on how to avoid giving medication when the baby is sick.

Dr. Natasha saw my daughter during urgent care hours. She was extremely rude and talked down to me because I have chosen not to vaccinate my daughter against chicken pox. She was rushed while in the room and continued to ask personal questions that were none of her business. After flipping out and not really looking at her spots, Dr. Natasha immediately wanted to do a lab and check for infections and chicken pox. The labs came back negative for infection and I had to wait two days for the chicken pox results. Dr. Natasha's nurse called me and told me that they came back POSITIVE for infection and after placing me on hold and checking with Dr. Natasha, I was told to consider her contagious. I did not find out the results actually read negative until Saturday when I finally got the results for the chicken pox and that was after calling myself (no one called me). The nurse I spoke to said that Dr. Natasha may have said she tested positive for infection out of spitefulness due to her strong willed feelings on vaccinations. After missing two days of work, my daughter not being contagious and given false results, we will not be walking into urgent care again at Pediatric Associates or associating with Dr. Natasha.
