We can not say enough about how much we enjoyed working with the crew from Pella for our whole house window replacement. The office staff and installers were great to work with. We give a special thanks to the following Pella Team; Rachel, Jesse, Ron in the office, and our great install crew, Donnie and Josh. This Pella Team made the job go smoothly and great clean up with removing all the old windows and trash from wood that needed to be replaced. The new windows are so much better than what we had and look great inside and out. Thanks Pella Team for a job well done! The installation team of Eric, Nick and Ross are to be commended for their superior commitment to exemplary workmanship and care for our property during and after the install. They were exacting, professional and informative throughout the process, and they left the property clean and orderly upon completion.

We needed to clean the glass between the panes on our Pella sliding glass door but didn’t know how to access it. Rachel at Pella sent out a technician to show us how to open it. Jon Vandive arrived promptly and was extremely friendly and helpful in showing us how to access the glass panel. He then proceeded to do the most wonderful job of cleaning all the glass surfaces, restoring the doors to like show room condition. Employees like Jon are hard to find these days. I’m very satisfied with all of Pella‘s work on our home.

Well we've chosen Pella to replace our windows, we're on the list. So far our experience has been great with Kayln our Pella rep.and Eric on the installation team. Pella was very responsive when I contacted them about replacing a storm damaged window. I didn't get any kind of run-around about how busy they were, or how long I'd Probably have to wait, and an off the cuff super inflated price that I had received from my first local calls. They came from Springfield to Branson, gave me a reasonable estimate, and told me a ball-park date as to when they could install. I hired them on the spot, even before contacting my insurance agent, because of the honest straightforward way they do business. They are simply the most customer-friendly company I've dealt with. Their installation team- Eric, Nick, Ross, and Roman were very efficient, clean, quiet spoken and sensitive toward wearing booties on the carpet, covering everything in plastic, etc, etc and then completely and spotlessly cleaning up after themselves. I simply can't say enough good things about this team.
