14The food was great but they forgot to ring up one of our subs we had to ask for our drinks and fries. There were 3 younger guys working and the tables needed to be wiped. We were thr only ones in the restaurant. The condiment station was empty we had to ask for straws. Service was lacking thats for sure. Prices have gone up as well 3 subs large fry and 2 medium drinks cost $50
I absolutely love this place. TJ is such an awesome guy. He always makes my food perfectly and does it with a smile on his face. The guy always seems to be in a great mood. Definitely knows how to treat his customers. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thanks TJ for always being so nice.
Just got a Philly cheesesteak and french fries to go The sandwich was OK but the french fries were awful. Looked like mostly a bunch of crumbs and very soggy still raw. Put in my air fryer but still didn’t have good taste like not changing the oil. Something you expect from McDonald’s but not this place. Not saying I want try again but not anytime soon.
Mmmmm. Love me some Penn Station. Been going to this location for years. They always get it right.
My husband and I had the Italian and the Philly cheesesteak. The food was great and hit the spot but the main reason we wanted to post a review here is to compliment the three employees that worked here tonight. They were friendly, greeted us when we came in, moved really fast to get our food out and thanked everyone as they walked out. All around a really enjoyable experience here tonight. Thanks guys!
The older short hair lady was very rude. Never had a problem before I will not be back especially how much you spend.
Food is always well prepared and tasty. There was a hiccup with my payment that management and ownership verified and resolved upon my next visit. Thanks for the professionalism.
The sandwiches weren't overly impressive but were tasty. The fries are definitely a reason to go there though. And for people who like malt vinegar on their fries, this is the place to get it. The staff were friendly and the food didn't take too long. Worth a visit!
Ordered a Reuben and it was the most disgusting bland sub I’ve eaten in my entire life. I will never get food from here again.

Guy at front register rushed our ordering. We thought he got the order correct but when we got home he messed up one of the sandwiches. Love the food but the service messed it up. Guy running the payment register was really nice.
Terrible experience! I ordered delivery from this location and 2 out of my 3 subs didn’t have anything on them except for meat. I called to talk to someone and they told me to drive to their location to get a new sub. Once I got there I was not greeted with a warm welcome or an apology. Instead someone just handed me my sandwich, didn’t say anything and another worker with multi colored hair rolled her eyes at me. It would have been so easy for one person to just say I’m sorry for your inconvenience. Now they’ve lost a future customer.
Terrible service. Ordered food in person, paid for said food and was not given a receipt. Waited for our food while seeing other orders filled. Understanding that some of those orders were phoned in prior. After 20 minutes asked where our food was and an employee stated that our ticket was lost. They did not offer to make our food immediately after finding out we had no food ready. We stated we wanted a refund to our card. They then were unable to print a receipt proving the refund. Unbelievably poor service and the 4 employees appeared to not care at all. Penn Station you have lost me as a customer after years.
