1st time going there really impressed with quality. Only down side was they offer shrimp on everything except sandwiches

The philly steak is tasty, fries are cooked to order, great flavor, it's worth a go if you are looking for something different and in a hurry.

Restaurant and tables were clean. Food was really salty. Employees were unfriendly. Maybe they both were having a really bad day.

The sign on the front says “worlds best philly steak”. Being from PA and spending a lot of time in Philly, I don’t know if I’d go that far, but it was definitely the best I’ve had since my move to the area about 1year ago. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. I will eat here again!

Head am issue with being ignored by the employees when I went up to get my order that I made over the phone. They waited for two people to get through the line of making their food before asking if they could help me.

I had place an order online through door -. Might wear consisted of double meat double cheese sauce on both say much as. When it arrived it was neither. I looked at the receipt and the receipt was correct but my food was not. So I called the restaurant in the manager there a short female with blond hair pulled back stated that it was not their fault it was door -'s fault. And that if I want to come up there she would fix it. So I went up there and she started making my food for me and she started talking about me with her coworker right in front of me and I told her that this was not bored Ashley's fault they did not make the food and she continued to fight with me and her and her coworker ran to the back. So I would never ever recommend going to this restaurant again

I'm new to this area. So I will admit the only thing I can go off of is how I am treated and how the food tastes. No expectations are set, the ball is truly in the court of the restaurant. When I walked in. I was not greeted. There were two young gentlemen at the grill and asked what do i want. I explained i had never been there before and was trying to figure it out. They both looked irritated I was taking so long. Yet neither offered to explain their menu or product. Once I ordered, they made it very confusing. Both ask me questions at different ends of the grill and counter. I ended up ordering fries, 2 philly steak subs, 2 drinks and a kids meal. The tables were dirty so we asked the gentlemen can someone clean the tables off. Let me add there is no trash can so you simply leave your trash on the table. The gentleman answered yes we bus the tables. Great! So we waited he totaled our food (which was almost 40 dollars) asked me if I wanted a receipt, uh yes.only only to see it was the credit card receipt not the itemized one. Then we waited for him to clean a table, when we reasked could he clean a table for us, he said, um I'm kinda busy. REALLY? We cleaned our own table, ate and left. It wasnt until we were almost done eating someone came around and cleaned some of the tables. The food, it was good. Not phenomenal or the best I have had but it was good. Disappointed it didnt turn out to be a better experience. Probably will not go back until the owner or General Manager cleans it up.

It was great! 1st time going there and I was very impressed with the taste of the food. I had a grilled chicken rice bowl. Everything was very good tasting and I got a good size portion for the price. Others that I went there with ordered the philly cheese steak sandwich and fries. I tasted the fries, they were very very good. Overall I was very impressed with the place and I will go back. I also recommend it for sure.

Great Philly cheesecake sandwiches made to order. I asked them to grill the onions until they're clear. No problem. Bread was fresh. And they had MLB on the television. Bonus.

Pepper Jax is great. My personal favorite is the Philly cheese steak with the fireball. It has a great taste with a little bit of heat. The heat is actually fairly mild, just enough to improve the flavor of an already nice sandwich.

The so called manager, what he told me, is EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Definitely does not care about his customers! I placed an order online and I waited about 15 mins prior to arriving, when I came to pick it up.they had a line of customers and so I walked over to the register because I placed my prior 15 mins, HE RUDELY told me it wasn’t ready and they will be working on it, so I’m standing there waiting and watching them complete the WHOLE LINE of people before they even started on my order! The so called manager was SO RUDE and was condescending in front of other customers and made me feel like I shouldn’t have even ordered online! HORRIBLE!

They make a great Rice Bowl that I can still have since I have Celiac and always willing to clean grill as allergic to mushrooms!

I love this place! Drove from Tulsa, OK to get me some! Had chicken nachos while I was there. Then got a philly sandwich to go. The food has always been great and service is fast. Totally worth the trip! Hey Pepper Jax, please open a store closer to Tulsa.

Paid for large fry, received a small fry and she dumped my small fry in a large boat and said is this ok i said no mushrooms on two sandwiches and she added mushrooms anyway and got mad when i said no mushrooms please. Very rude service and a mockery i could hear her laughing with employees.

We have always received great service and great food. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially on your first visit.

They have a good selection of food to choose from and it is cooked made to order very good Philly cheese steaks awesome service to went in on a friday it was busy but did not have to wait long

I ate at The Caboose for many years; the first time I ate at Pepper Jax was the last time I ate at The Caboose. The employees are friendly and seem well-trained. The menu has something for everybody.
I've never had a bad experience in more than 5 years.

Consistently good! If you like Philly steak sandwich s you must try. Good burritos! Rice bowl yummy! Great flavor many options to make it your own!

Great food at a reasonable price. I've never had to wait very long to get my order. Everything is cooked fresh right in front of you. Meats are sometimes a bit dry.
