Bob Wright the technician was very experienced and very honest with us. The fee was very appropriate for the work performed. Bob was both patient and thorough in his assessment and communication with us.

I came home from work on a 95 degree day and the air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air. The condensing unit was not running. Thought it was maybe a bad capacitor. I was able to get a call back from Brian, the owner almost immediately. He had a replacement capacitor for me but when I showed up to pick it up he tested mine and found it was not a bad capacitor. Brian texted with me for 2 hours while I found the problem. It ended up being a bad fuse. He told me exactly how to test to make sure the fuse is bad and told me what to replace. He stuck with me and made sure I got my unit running again. Thank you so much, Brian! I'll recommend Perfect Air to anybody now.

Cody was absolutely wonderful. He answered all of my questions and he was very courteous. My question to him when he left was, can we have you every time as our service person. His answer was yes if we request him. He also praised all of the rest of the companies employees and said if he wasn’t available for some reason that we would be happy with them also.

I've used Perfect Air several times in an emergency for both heating and cooling. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable, Chris has been here a few times and fixed the issues quickly. Highly recommend.

I called on a Sunday afternoon, assuming no one would be able to come out on a Sunday to figure out why my AC unit was no longer blowing cold air. I was able to speak to someone and Dan was out within the hour to look at it. Took him about an hour to fix the issue. Which I was really dreading not having AC overnight with 4 children the youngest being 5 months old. Awesome company to work with and affordable. 5 stars for Dan ️

Matt came today promptly at 7: 30 am with a helper to replace my a/c. They got right to work, laid down a tarp to keep the carpet walkway clean which I appreciated.
Matt answered my questions and I am very pleased with the install job they did. I am happily chilling at a comfortable temperature with my 2 dogs who are even happier. I highly recommend Personal Air for the work they do.
