Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, Gladstone MO

Just went to perkins for dinner with husband & daughter. As we were seated at our booth i had noticed & made the comment that the floors around every table were dirty with food & needed to be vacuumed up. As we were looking at menus i thought i had seen something run across the table. Our food came and we started to eat. A roach ran across our table. I grabbed my mask and covered it while he went to tell the girls at the front. Someone came over & said where is it i told them trapped under my mask. They said let me see. I told them i think its still alive. I lifted my mask & it ran. I caught it again & he said slide it over here. We just left

Great service. Traveling and needed to charge phone. Wait staff provided a table with electrical outlet. Great food also.

The service was very good, but the food wasn't very hot at all and his hashbrowns were not done.

Do not order the holiday meal. It says it feeds 4 it doesn't even come close. The turkey was dry. They forgot part of my order and messed up the other part. So while fixing the the part the messed up my other dinners got cold. The manger was Xavier. Nice but not very good at management. He should of known the half that was good would get cold. Go to QT and buy a day old sandwich would be better and cheaper.

Great coffee and service, loved the $8 cod and shrimp dinner prefect portion, even better price. My companion had the chicken and wild rice soup that was absolutely amazing.

My husband loves this place, there isn't one where we live so we decided to try this one and it didn't disappoint. We will visit again when back in the area.

Very dated, not well kept whole place smells like old grease. Staff is very friendly, service is very good for the amount of staff they have, the food is good (not great).

Food was good but took way to long to get it. They need more waiter help on the pie special night.

The staff is very friendly. They want to make sure that your order is correct each time. It tends to get pretty busy so watch what times you go. You could be waiting a while.

This is my go to breakfast spot. Most of The servers are wonderful and care about their customers.

One of these unfortunate evenings when the restaurant is not busy and yet you can't find your waitress. No refills, no picking up salad plate, no desert offering, no asking if we want a box to go. Had to remind to bring kids cookies but was not asked which flavor. Awful experience. But thank you for a shift manager Ann who stepped in and listened.

This Perkins location is VERY SPECIAL! The Quality of food preparation is EXCELLENT! The Staff HAS TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONALISM and their Attention to Customer Care is EXEMPLARY & AMAZING! I LOVE GOING TO THIS PERKINS, THEY ARE DOING A LOT OF THINGS RIGHT!

Food is always good. There is a good selection. The best thing is that they are open when other restaurants are closed.

The stuff from the bakery is delicious do what you can to make sure it's fresh they will sell you old stuff

Love this Perkins! Always friendly service and good food! Everyday after 9pm they have half priced apps, half priced pie, cheeseburger deals, and all you can eat pancakes. Tuesdays kids eat free! Mondays free pie w/purchase!

I arrived around 12: 45 am was seated as requested near outlet to charge phone. Ordered appetizer and pie ala mode. Both were half off and service was pleasant. Good experience.

Perfect place to get late night eats! Plus all appetizers and pie are 1/2 price after 9! Made to order good and quality service!
