I love this place. I always get the grooming packet for my dog. My dog’s stylist is AJ who treats her wonderfully and does a great job. My dog always smells and looks delicious after her the grooming service

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They call my dog by his name and always give him a treat. They also helped without asking to find the right cat food for my 20 year old cat.

Nice store. And you can take your animals in with you. My dog loves seeing her groomer Ashley. She get so excited as soon as I pull into the lot.

Was shopping for Feliway Classic Diffusers. They were available at my local Petco and with a promotion were better price than anyone else when compared online.

I ordered them and picked them up same day. It was fast and easy.

The diffusers honestly seem to be chilling the cats out. We'll have to see about the random spraying that recently occurred.

We had a great time looking at all the different fish. The staff was nice and Steve was really helpful and knowledgeable about the different fish.

My wife ordered dog food online for in-store pickup. When she got to the store, the worker put the bag in the car and shut the trunk: it went great. Got home, opened the bag, the food looked different. After further examination, it was the Royal Canin Labrador Retriever and we ordered the Golden Retriever. Simple mistake, the bags look identical, but we DID order the Golden Retriever. Called the store to explain what happened, the store manager said there was nothing he could do. We’ve been buying our dog’s $100 bag of food here for 5 years. Very disappointing.

Be careful of the expiring date! My last purchase was only about 3 months to expire. I found it after a couple weeks since the last bag was still having leftovers… both of my cats refused to eat… definitely won’t buy it if I found it earlier!

We have used Petco for grooming services for our Golden Retriever and Golden-doodle. The groomers were very kind, caring and knowledgeable.
Our golden-doodle looked better than he ever has.
We will continue to use Petco for our grooming services.

Would not break $100 bill at noon on a Sunday. Told me there was an ATM in the parking lot. I had about $30 in merchandise.

Plz don’t get ur new pets from any big pet stores the get they’re animals from places like apet inc which kill animals all the time and they don’t even care they only want their money look them up and read some of the stories that employees report and look at the videos online

Sam helped us with everything we needed to get a fish and was very knowledgeable and helpful! She was great and we could not have asked for any better.

Was in the store for 20 minutes Not a single employee asked me if I needed anything they looked at me and walked away 3 different employees

Not at all happy. I would give 0 ratinf if I have an option. I gave the 5 of parakeets for donation as I am moving to different state. But later my plans got changed and went to this store to take few parakeets but they did NOT even sell the parakeets. Please do not go this place. They are so rude. Finally I got the parakeets from petsmart. Please avoid this place at all cost.

I bought a rat here and he gets along great with my other two rats! He is so sweet and is already showing so much personality! 10/10

The employee who helped us walked us through the proper items to buy to set up the aquarium, what type of fish to buy, ect. Very knowledgeable and polite. We will be back

We absolutely love Kayla! She makes our pup feel so special! When we tell her that she is going to visit Ms. Kayla she gets so excited! Kayla is so sweet, caring and loving! We are so thankful that we have her to take care of our fuzzy daughter!

I always order dog food here which has always been good for us especially the feature to customize when to send it automatically every month which I highly recommend for you use, plus it has discounts, but this delivery definitely has me questioning if they value quality all the way to the finish.
