When you call no one answers. When you try and make an appointment no answers. When I tried getting someone from the front to give a message to groomers in the back he sighs abd clearly has an attitude and says I need to leave a message. When I leave messages I don't get a call back. Looks like I'm off to find another groomer. Customer service is not hard to give

I came in for my rabbit food. I buy the Oxbow Adult Rabbit food. You never have the large bag when I come in. It’s always the small bag. I need the large and get tired of coming here and you never have it.

The employees here are always super friendly and ask about my dog. The store is normally well stocked and always clean.

The manager Debbie was very rude to my dog and I because we took longer then 30 min in the pet washing area. It was my first time using this space. Other people took at least 1 hour as well, but she came back and aggressively told me that we were taking too long and that we needed to get done and get out so they could clean the area before others came. She came back 10 min later and told me that she was going to turn the lights off in 8 min. We will never use this space again.

Great! Found exactly what I was looking for. My cat only likes one very specific kind of wet cat food. You had it. It was a joyous day when I got home and fed it to him.:)

They have 3 terrestrial tarantulas, none of them have hides. Only one felt comfortable enough to web. One was circling the walls, and one was hanging upside down on the roof. Utterly gut wrenching due to the risk of the tarantula falling and rupturing its abdomen. Petco seems to care more about selling animals since they treat them like inventory rather than a living creature.

I bought deworming medicine at Petco on line for my dog. I picked it up at the store to save shipping. When I reached home I wanted to start the medicine right away as he has been having bought of diarrhea. Much to my surprise no medicine was in the box just the directions to take it. I called the store and they said I could bring it back to the store for an exchange or refund, I live 20 minutes away. When I reached the store I was told they were out of the medicine they would have to ship it to me. They assured me it wouldn't take more than 3 days. When I checked tracking it says it will take 5-6 days. This happened on a Wednesday and they said it would be at my house on Saturday. Tracking now says next Tuesday. I am furious to say the least. I do believe this does it as a customer of Petco I will take my business elsewhere. Not happy!

I order a toy for my dog and got some dog treats while I was there. Cashier well he was very monotone and it was very poor lighting in this store.other then that just fine

Associate James is awesome! Super thorough in explaining the Vital Care program. Made sure to get out his phone and show us how to use the PetCo app. Very personable and informative. He deserves a raise!

Took my dog here to use the self service dog wash because the place closer to me had maintenance issues today. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, I really just needed a higher powered nozzle to help get some of the winter coat off of him. Shampoo and conditioner were supplied and a scrubber, no aprons because people stole them (that's what staff said). And no dry brush like I assumed since they said they supplied "everything you need". There are some other upkeep issues going on here as most of the buttons didn't work properly, possibly just needed a product changed. The restraint could be better as well and I wish it had another loop on the other side for dogs like mine that don't like to cooperate. Small gripes for a $20 self wash experience but I likely won't be back for it any time soon.

Just left Petco. They have a strict 30 day return policy on hamster bedding even after the hamster has died, they wouldn’t take it back sealed perfect in the wrapper lady helping me was very nice, but the manager was very cold. Didn’t even really talk to me looked at the computer screen, said no, and walked away, kind of heartless
