Sherrie was amazing to our cocker spaniel, Onyx. I was nervous about his anxiety but she completed his groom beautifully and said he did a good job. Thank you again!

I absolutely positively love this place there is a lady that answered the phone and I'm not sure of her name but quality people I was having a problem with my dog's digestive system is she recommended a pumpkin soup for my dog and put it at the register for me and I was very impressed with it the total service got drove about 10 miles to get it My dog is doing great

I took my dog in to be pampered, nails, teeth, shampoo, etc and they were great! Both me and my dog are very happy.

Petco is my place. The Vet right there.
I have even saved money there.

Jay at the front counter was awesome! Super helpful, nice answer just all around a really chill guy. They were out of the food I needed, but they graciously checked the back for me.

I like petco it's smaller then other pet stores but the quality is good.they have chiefs things for Dogs others don't.

The guy that helped me with my fish was amazing! Great customer service, knowledgeable, friendly, kind! Great worker

I brought my dog for grooming twice, both times they did NOT express anal glands. I had to take my dog to the vet to have it done afterward both times. Go to a legit groomer.

The online order quick pick up is great. My fur-kids always need something. And Petco has it at a good price.

Everyone is helpful. I know several on a first name basis. They take the time to listen to any questions I might have and answer them thoroughly.

Was approached by a young man and a lot of knowledge about gecko's and what all I needed to do for him or her. He gave me a lot of information I needed to know and he recommended fresh food over the freeze dried

Wait time was almost an hour. The doctor sis not physically exam my dog, which my dog can be overly protective. Waa prescribe medication that does not work.

Cece did a wonderful job with giving Mindy a bath and trimming her nails! When I picked her up she smelled great!

The difference is night and day between this and the independence store. Don't ever go to the independence store.

I try to take my cat to get her nails trimmed because it’s very affordable and she always gives me a hard time when I try to trim her nails myself. But they only have one person who’s certified to trim cat nails and it’s so difficult to catch her at the right time. If you specialize in grooming services everyone should be certified to trim cat nails not just one person. It’s a major inconvenience. I’ve tried to get my cats nails trimmed for the last 2 months and the lady is never available. Also I would go to the vet which is right across the store but they charge close to $40 for nail trimmings and I can’t justify a less than 5 minute process when the grooming side can do it for $10. I just wish they had more workers who were certified or experienced in trimming cat nails.
