No notice of a nail being clipped too short and blood dripping from my dogs paw before I arrive. A call should have been made to prepare me for this. Instead I'm made aware as a groomer is putting the blood clotting powder on her nail and I have to ask what happened. The nail was very noticeably cut very short.

We absolutely love your grooming salon, Kristin is our groomer for our German Shepherd and she is amazing! We wont go anywhere else
