Isiah was awesome. Courteous, walked us through the adoption/purchase process. Gave us information and let us know what to expect for each step in the sequence. He knows his stuff and listened to us as well. Isiah is the epitome of dignified customer service, elevating what he does and made us feel like we were well taken care of. An employee to treasure in this current world.

Travon did an excellent job of assisting me and my family in purchasing a beautiful Merle English bulldog puppy. Purchasing a puppy that expensive comes with a ton of questions that he did an impressive job answering. We left Petland confident that we made the right decision and we were very grateful to receive so many other perks with our purchase. Good looking out Travon and well done Petland! Our puppy is perfect, hopefully it stays that way!

I have heard lots of terrible things about Pet Land. Things like puppy mills and disease and the violent dogs. Idk what its all about, but I am putting in my bad review. Please don't go there, very bad place.

Easy pet parenthood. Financing available. Simple purchase process for pets. They will provide 1 3lb bag of food upon pet purchase. Staff here is absolutely amazing.

*PRO TIP* the Blue Springs location offering around $200+ free product with purchase of a pet. These items include water and food dishes, tray for dishes, puppy pads, leash collar lead, ect. Unfortunately, their selection of animals was not what I was looking for, perhaps someone else could use the intel.

Izaiah was great in quickly getting a puppy for me to meet in store. I had only planned to look, but the puppy won me over quick. Izaiah was very friendly and answered all my questions. We are very happy with our new puppy. If we ever need another family member I would be happy to work with Izaiah.

We loved being able to see all the puppies. We where just going in to see about policies, and waved out with our newest family member. Aurora really took her time to help us with everything.

We paid $2700 for a dog… didn’t get given any paperwork… and now on the 5th business day after we reached out to them on the 4th… they’re telling us no warranty on the dog after they didn’t give us the vet information for him to get checked up. He has a cough and they know it and they don’t care. Do not get a dog here. They will screw you over in a heartbeat when they screw things up themselves.

I came in to just look around with my kids and a girl named Alexis made us feel so good and comfortable there you can definitely tell she had a good heart oh and also a great worker we will be back in a few weeks for our puppy! ️

We are so thankful for Kayla! She helped us get our new fur-baby Nala! She was so helpful through it all and explained everything so well! I recommend talking to her if you are looking for a new puppy!

I bought a puppy for almost $2500, for health reasons when trying to return it, the next day they charged me $600 for an alleged administration fee in addition to $200 because according to the accessories they gave us they were difficult to return in full, that is, they charged me $800 When returning the puppy.
It is incredible that such a large chain of stores is unable to help customers, wanting to get as much money as possible from the people who come there

Really enjoyed this experienced. Hattie took lots of time with us in helping to pick out the right puppy. She answered all our questions and mad us feel relaxed. It took us a few days to decide and so Sam helped us a couple days later going over the details of the purchase and making sure we had everything we needed to bring our new puppy home. Both Hattie and Sam were wonderful, I highly recommend this team!

Great variety of dogs and I spoke with a worker named Caleb and he was super nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this place.
