The animals seem in better shape here than most other local stores. Great service and very clean environment.

Good selection, store clean & neat, helpful staff, and of course the added benefit of seeing & mingling with customers' pets!

I like petsmart because of their selections for dogs. I go their salon also. Also use their door dash option to deliver my dog food. I use them monthly. The only negatives are the prices. They have coupons just not on essentials offten. I guess it cant be helped these days

Good place to shop for my cat's food, liter, play toys and other things. Unfortunately, their shelf stock of most varieties of Fancy Feast w/gravy, breakaway single serve meals are almost always out of stock.so, I have had to feed my cat other brands, which she doesn't much care for.

We get our dog, Wander groomed by Jae every few months, and she recognizes him every time we come in and is wonderful with him. He comes back smelling like a dream and is so soft!

While I don’t blame employees for having to cohabitate reptiles due to them being forced too by the company but this is awful and 100% on employees there is absolutely no excuse for not taking this chameleon who is actively dying from what looks like dehydration and starvation and not putting them in a hospital tank and getting vet help

Took my furbaby on a shopping trip. She liked the birds being on eye level for once without running away. She picked out a comfy shirt as well.

These stories are always nice and clean but the shelves seemed pretty empty. I found only one brand of the item I was looking for. Usually plenty of dog food brands are available though.

Nothing but problems ordering in store pickup and receiving the items I ordered. One of them was sent to another store and they refused to send it to the store I ordered it from or my house. Also, customer service was not helpful and rude at the Vivion Rd store and she told me that it was my fault for not choosing the right store for pickup (which was not true).

Bought a nature's miracle self cleaning car litter box from them, 6 months later they say they don't have the refills for them and everyone we asked went to four different stores all said they haven't seen those in months.

This place is so nasty and dirty, they should close it down. Don't see how anyone can go in this place. Will never return to this place.

It's a good place to get pet supplies and pet care. The pets are pretty ok from there, too. I do think they could use a bit more attention, though.

It's PetSmart. Things are gonna be pricey, but you'll find the specialty items your pet is looking for. It's a convenient place to look at and socialize with cats for 20 minutes to take a break from your annoying dog at home.

Not sure if Allison was a lead but she helped me today and was very patient during a complicated situation. I’ve never had any issues with this store as they have always been super helpful and clean. Thank you!

We have been taking our dog to training here. Our trainer, Donna Lane, has been fantastic! Everything she has taught us has helped us work with our rambunctious puppy. You can tell she truly cares for those coming to her for help and their pups. I couldn't recommend her enough! Thank you Donna!

Great staff. Very helpful. One of the managers actually gave me useful advice for my mean kitty.
