Don't EVER buy reptiles here, unfortunately since it's a corporation they are not able to meet specific requirements. You can still buy reptiles for only 30 more dollars or so, from a reputable breeder. We bought a reptile who had been in the back and picked on by the other beardie babies, well a year later they are having health issues that could've been avoided if they bought from REPUTABLE BREEDERs that actually care for their reptiles they are breeding. I'm lucky that the other reptile we got, he survived parasites and us healthy. My point is l, I can't spend money here anymore it has torn up my heart

Picked up my dog after his bath and they cut his nail way too short, it was bleeding all over the floor. The girl just unleashed him to us and walked away in back. Had to ask the store cashier to call her for something to stop the bleeding. Horrible service. I will watch him and take him to the vet if it doesn't get better soon.

We take our pup Cooper to them for grooming. They are super friendly and Riley does an awesome job with him. You can just tell she really loves what she does and the animals she works with!

Brought my dogs to the grooming salon a week or so ago and they did such an excellent job! Good place to go if your dog is shedding

I haven't been to satisfied with this location. I usually buy fish here. The last 3 times I have been in, and it has been 3 visits with in the last 4 months, the selection of fish is almost none. There has been dead fish floating around. The last time I was in, about a week ago, I asked why there wasn't much selection. The girl told me that she has to do an inventory count, and doing all of the counting wasn't easy. I'm sorry the last I knew when you do an inventory check, that doesn't mean you have no fish. It means you need to make sure that your numbers match. So needless to say, I didn't get an answer to why there wasn't much of a selection. Not sure if I will be back to this location

We signed up for obedience class only to find out on the day of our first class that the trainer had walked out. This class was a 6 week commitment that was now going to be delayed 3-4 weeks. PetSmart offered to make us drive 30 minutes to their Independence location or derail our entire summer schedule. We were disappointed that no earlier notification or suitable options were given (perhaps PetSmart should have had another trainer come to the LS location rather than push additional travel into the customer (at $4.49 per gallon). In the end we requested a refund. Zero communication store to the consumer. Shame on you PetSmart.

We took our corgi, Simon, to meet the Easter Bunny. Nice selection and comparable prices to other stores and online. Employees were friendly. Simon seemed to enjoy it!

Fish care here is the stuff of nightmares, absolutely unacceptable. The one time I purchased a fish here it immediately got ich and infected and killed all the fish I bought and cost me $12 for medication and hours of my time spent doing daily vacuums of the gravel. Today I went here to pick up a few things and noticed two of their glofish tanks had fish with severe cases of ich in them. My photo is a little blurry but if you look you can see that one of the fish is absolutely coated in white spots, that is ich and most the fish in these tanks had at last a few spots. Notified an employee and was told that they knew and that "all the quarantine tanks are full" and they were being treated. Still up for sale though, no sign notifying customers that these fish are ill with a CONTAGIOUS DISEASE! Tanks here in general look more cramped than your average pet store aquariums.makes me want to get a fish just so i can test their water and see how bad it is. Do not buy fish from here. This is unacceptable, and if they're willing to sell diseased fish capable of wiping out your entire tank I can't imagine what other kinds of scams they're pulling. I don't think I feel comfortable coming back here. Go to Petco instead, they at least have the decency to put a little sign on tanks with sick fish that say they're not for sale.

Went for price comparison. Store was clean. Items were easy to find. All animals had food and clean water. Staff was very friendly

Despite taking 4 dogs to this location to be groomed since it opened I will never return. Rude, dismissive staff stared at us in the rain outside a locked door despite telling me to be there before they opened and letting in the customer ahead of me. When I noted the issue I was told it was my fault I didnt calling in advancd when the store was closed. Then grooming clerk scolded me on what I signed up for online.which was after the person I called told me she didnt have time to book me earlier that week. Not about to leave my pet with them. Will never go back. I rarely post poor reviews but if this is how I am treated as a long time loyal customer how are they treating my pet when I leave them in their care?

Watch what price they ring up your purchase. Twice now they overcharged us and had to get a refund for the correct price

We had to unexpectedly euthanize our amazing dog, and just before we did, we expressed to the vet that we had always wanted to do DNA testing on him. He took some cheek swaps and told us not to wait or it wouldn't work. Desperate and blubbering, this is where we stopped on the way home. It appeared they were out of kits, but staff literally stopped everything and headed off to search high and low.they found one last kit in a back room. We got the results back yesterday, and it not only felt like the little bit of closure we needed, the test linked us to several local siblings we didn't know about. They could have easily let us walk out of the door that day, but instead they showed our family some real grace. They will always have our business and I will always be grateful for what they gave us back on one of our worse days.

I wish I could give more then a 5 star rating. Just had my dog groomed by Emily K. And she did an amazing job. She was fast, efficient, and extremely welcoming. I have to recommend her for anyone who is trying to find a wonderful groomer! She has always taken care of my dog as if she were her own. She’s the only groomer that my dog as gone to and I will continue to bring my service to her for anything with grooming!

We just stopped by PetSmart to grab some dog food and toys. I always stop to check out the reptiles to see the babies, and the young lady working was the sweetest and knowledgeable. It's refreshing to see employees who love their job. The gentleman, I'm guessing is her manager, was quite the opposite. I wish I caught her name, she was an angel and I hope she never loses her passion for animals.

They NEVER have feeder crickets available, and the NEVER answer the phone if you try calling them. Staff is friendly when you do go into the store.

The groomers were very kind to my dog and although there was a delay they kept me fully informed I especially appreciate them paying attention the attention to her special needs
