PetSmart, Wentzville MO

Clean, large aisles, extremely friendly staff, and reasonably priced items. They had the pet shampoo, and then some, I was looking for. Overall I would go there again and recommend to friends and family.

It’s been a while since we’ve been to PetSmart, but our Groomer is always so busy, so we decided to give PetSmart another go and I must say they did pretty good. I love the conveniences of the location, although the staff isn’t too friendly they did a great job on our fur baby.

I had the best experience at the Wentzville location today! We’ve been having some issues lately everywhere, trying to get our normal cat food. After a lot of research I decided to settle on a particular brand that I respect that also had great consistent reviews online. I went to PetSmart online, it showed a few in stock at the Wentzville location! I called up there right away and spoke to Pam! I asked if there were any in stock; even though the recording said “not able to preform stock checks” and said there were 2 on the shelf. I asked if she could hold one for me as I will be up there shortly. Sure enough when I arrived, it was there! So thank you team members at PetSmart in Wentzville! (I usually call up here from time to time to see if whatever I’m needing to purchase is in stock and the staff there always do their due diligence to locate an item for me!)

I set an appointment with them knowing my dog's birthday and that his vaccinations weren't complete and was told by the employee with multicolored hair thatvits fine, they don't require complete vaccinations until 5 months. Got there for my am appointment on a Saturday, was completely ignored by the multicolored hair employee that scheduled my appointment and was rudely dismissed by the woman that finally did come to check me in. Garbage customer service. Will not be using their the future. If you can't even genuinely apologize for YOUR MISTAKES than you don't need to working in any kind of customer facing position.

The woman at the register definitely didn’t like that my mother and I were in the store. She didn’t speak when we walked in only looked at us. She was very friendly to the white lady in front of us in line…when it came time for her to ring us up…her mood changed…she hardly smiled…we could feel the negative energy…it was very unwelcoming. The store is well stocked…we found everything we were looking for…won’t visit this one again. Pretty sure petsmart knew who they were hiring.

Staff seemed friendly enough. That earns them the 1 star. About 25+ people in line about half way across the building. This is not uncommon for this location. No lane for mobile pickup. Very inefficient. Probably understaffed. I get it. But no way I could sit in that line. You'd think we were lining up to ride the screaming eagle lol no thanks

The store was well stocked and clean. The receptionist at their wellness clinic was very busy. Kinda ignored us standing there for assistance about our cat having cancer. We're going to try it again.

Great selection of food, toys, and other pet accessories. I was hoping to find a water sprinkler attachment for thr pups for summer, but could not find it there. I did find a lot of other things that made my pups happy.

Was looking for a raised food &water bowl for my dog. PetSmart had just what I was looking for. Went to check out and the line was long (6 carts) and one register. Good job PetSmart for paying attention and fixing the problem. I was in and out in 5 minutes even being the 6th in line.

The store is clean and well maintained. It is well stocked for all your pets needs. The employees are friendly and very helpful.

It was fine and normal the employees nice but I wouldn't buy fish from them look at this photo I took I'm not an expert but it looks like there were a ton of dead fish in the corner

Used to work here horrible staff management horrible practices will sell u expired or defective product for a profit dont go here goto petco or pet supplies plus way better staffing and practices

The banfield part it terrible last min call saying the vet appointment was canceled with no close solution other then two weeks out i get the vet got sick but it makes you irritated when your already on your way to the location just about there to get a cancel call with no close solution. Poor reaction time on the vet office part.

I love this store. Every time I walk in I get a warm greeting from a store employee. I like the wide aisles, the cleanest and how everything is well marked and easy to find. A 5 star store.

They had everything we needed and the workers there are so helpful and friendly. I can't say a nice stuff about them. They are always there to help with a smile. Thank you.

Always knowledgeable staff to help pick our fish for our aquarium. Great selection of fish and the fish seem to do well once they are brought home. Thank you Petsmart staff!

All employees were friendly and helpful. My "little girl" had a grooming appointment. The groomer, Destiny, did a fantastic job.

$105 and didn’t even get a bow. Farewell Petsmart- I will never set foot in your store again EVER! The only thing they do is bathe and shave dogs. Real grooming is way out of their league! You just lost a 14 year customer.

My review isnt about workers. My review is about the fact that i just bought two “female” veiltail bettas and was very excited to get them in the tank together. (anyone who says they cant, yes they can if they are both females) I got done getting everything done and after a bit got them both in, only for a few moments later to have one attacking the other. Thank god i paid attention and removed the aggressive one and did some research. LABEL YOUR BETAS CORRECTLY.indeed the one aggressive was a male. Very disappointed beta owner.
