Told me the tear stain eyes could never be cleaned they are in the business and should have some idea instead of saying never can be cleaned. I won’t be back she looked awful when I picked her up

Bad groomers. Bad bad bad groomers. They butchered my baby & wouldn't make it right. That's all i got to say.

Had an appointment but still had to wait in line for 30- 45 minutes. They butchered my dog. He had deep nicks in his fur where they scalped him on his chest, side, and neck. The one on his neck drew blood. They left one of his legs and ears untouched. Not professionals at all. I would never recommend taking your dog here to get groomed.

Disgusting and Rebecca, a "Groomer" and her sidekick, Candice have TERRIBLE customer service.

Walked in to look at bettas and nearly 50% of them were rotting dead in their cups. I know a lot of people don’t care for fish but to just walk by them and let them rot is nasty. I know they can see them when they walk by. Please take care of your bettas more it’s truly nasty seeing the conditions they were in

Worst grooming experience ever! My Yorkie is a butt about getting his paws touched, but he's fine with everything else. When i picked him up, there was patches that weren't cut, his tail wasn't even touched (i had to take him back in to make her do it), his ears were barely done & were very uneven. I think the girl was new. For $47, i expect a clean cut dog when i come pick my baby up, not a hot mess i could have done myself at home. I think her name was Candace at independence location! Spread the word. She's horrible at cutting hair!

Definitely like this store. Some other local pet stores will carry limited stock for certain brands of kitten food and cat treats, where-as this store pretty much carries the entire company's catalog. There is plenty of different items in stock. You'd be hard pressed to leave this store feeling like you couldn't find what you needed/wanted.

Despite all the supply chain issues I have been able to find food here for my picky cat even when it is not available online.

Great place for all your pets needs. Large selection of fish and reptile supplies. Store always clean and very friendly staff. Tons of food for your cats and dogs. Pumps and filters for all your aquarium needs. Bedding and tanks for small animals. Sells small reptiles and small animals like hamsters and bearded dragons.

Costumer service was terrible, very rude to my nervous baby boy on his birthday, told me it would take 2-3 hours for him to get groomed soon as i left i received a call saying they couldn’t groom him because he was to stressed out! First time i ever heard anything like this he loves bath time HIGHLY UPSET please if you have a large dog don’t take them here!

The employee that helped me today was Knowledgeable about the pet food. She made my day. Plus being a rewards member I saved an additional 9 dollars. Awesome. Pet smart is the best.

I normally like this store it has a lot of things I need but I hate the fact that last time I visited there was an aggressive dog in trying walking the store with out a muzzle and it was out of control it almost attacked my dog as we where walking out of the Toy Isle I feel it was very unprofessional of them

Jordan did amazing with my big nervous baby for her grooming! Scheduling, drop off, and pick up was super simple.

I didn't stay in here maybe 5 minutes or less. I was looking for new dog bowls and they hadn't received any new freight for al.ost 2 weeks I was told.

Very easy to order and pickup catfood. PetSmart had our product that other stores were out of stock. Prices are better than Chewy.

My daughter loves this store. She is always treated with respect by employees who seem to love pets as much as she does.
