PetSmart, St Charles MO

Our cashier was rude and judgmental. We just adopted a cat and brought the cat in to buy what we needed for her. I forgot and left my wallet at home and the cashier rudely assumed that I was “poor”! She made the comment that I couldn’t afford a pet and said PetSmart wasn’t for me and I needed to try the Dollar Store. These were her exact words! That woman should never be allowed to work with the public! I am in CS and man do I hope she doesn’t treat everyone she believes is “beneath” her that way! I will never come into that establishment again because of her treatment! I also posted about her on NextDoor and other patrons were very familiar with her rude and judgmental attitude!

I really like Petsmart as a whole and the staff was very nice but it smelled. Not like bagged dry pet food that will almost always have some odor but this was a cross between that and animal funk. I realize it has to be really hard with a short staff to do all maintenance and cleaning but other stores don't have this or at least not a bad. I will go back because of the really nice helpful staff but I just can't give it give stars. Sorry.

Very dissatisfied with the service provided. I purchased a full bath and haircut and upgraded the package as I always do. Never get what the package describes as well as this time our dog is extremely itchy and when asked what was used they didn’t know and told me “he gets what he already does” well that’s professional and on top of that what the finally told me what was used is not mentioned in the upgraded package. I spoke with Kelly the manager and was told I could come up and get what was missing which was bandanna and coupons, but my main concern is the continuous itching which he did not have prior to going. Nothing has changed in diet or his routine. I hope to get resolution with this issue.

This location was open late and had what I needed for my pets. It's kept tidy, had a good selection, and the cashier was very friendly (even ~1 hr before closing time).

Overpriced is an understatement. I only shop PetSmart when I'm in a bind & need supplies immediately that aren't available at Walmart

Unless you’re absolutely desperate to get your pet groomed, avoid this place at all cost.
I was given an initial quote, and then up charged $20 for arbitrary reasons.on top of that they did not finish the job.
They told me to bring my dog back at a later date for them to finish cutting her hair around her feet.
On top of that they didn't cut her ear hair which can risk infection. So after paying $100 for a haircut I now have to find a groomer that knows what they're doing to finish their job.
Upon mentioning the situation to the feckless manager, she offered no resolution. It was only when the sweet lady behind the register implored the manager to make it right after she saw my dog's uncut paw hair, that she gave me $7 off.
Insulting customer service and a terrible experience for myself and my dog.

Crystal C has been grooming my bichon a long time. She is caring, friendly and an excellent professional groomer. She is gentle with our senior bichon.

A good store with a good selection of pet products. However, there hardly ever seems to be any employees on the floor to help you when you need assistance. If you know exactly what you're looking for and where to find it then you should have no issues here.

THERE WAS DOG PEE IN THE ENTRY WAY WHEN I ARRIVED. I TOLD THE ASSOCIATE. WHEN I PICKED UP MY PET ALMOST 2 HOURS LATER IT WAS STILL NOT CLEANED UP. MY DOG NEVER RECEIVES HIS BANDANA.

Their grooming is a great place to have your animals taken care of. Very friendly staff and caring workers when it comes to my fur baby. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone who cares about the quality of their pets' grooming needs.

I’ve had issues with this stores inventory reflecting accurately when placing online orders, which is frustrating but the staff is nice and personable.

Took my Bichon for bath and full haircut today. I was charge $61.00 for full grooming but all the groomer did was shave her and not giving her a bath
