PetSmart did an excellent job grooming our Winter Grace. Brittany is fantastic with our Husky girl and Winter seems to love bath and grooming. Thank you Brittany for a positive experience for Winter.

Great store, I bought 2 new dogs and needed some essentials real quick. The staff was very helpful as these dogs were being very unruly since they had 0 training and I had just bought them. Thank you guys so much!

My dog is very well cared for here. Alexis is our groomer and does a great job! All employees are friendly.

Staff is friendly. Pets always look well cared for. I go for cat and fish supplies the majority of the time. There is a large cat and large dog selection. The selection of fish decor is large. The other small pet/cage pets supplies are also available but at a lesser variety of selection.

They never have crickets. Shipments are late or the crickets arrive dead. I understand this isn’t their fault but why keep using a vendor that sucks? Why keep selling pets if you can’t provide the food to take care of them?

I took my dog in and was training him the people their was very nice i had to buy a harness and new leash my 2 1/2 to 3 month dog is a Esa emotional support dog checked on how much milk and bottles cost will be back to get them

Adopted a cat and needed some items. I couldn't find the food it was being fed. The checkout person went and got it for me!

My 19-year-old cat passed away a few weeks ago. I wasn't sure who to call or what to do but then I remembered PetSmart had cremated another cat for me that was being seen there. I called them up and they took care of everything for me. Thank goodness for PetSmart.

They don't carry enough bird supplies employees act like they don't care your needs. If you buy something expensive your all the attention ashame

Its nice they have banfield inside. It makes taking the pets to the vet convenient so you can grab other items along the way.

This was the dirtiest location I have been into, however the staff were all very friendly.

They were really great with my Dog she came out of grooming looked great smelled great, also friendly employees.

Online order left out info that it would take 3-5days. I went to the store, and it was in stocks, so Mgr sold to me, and I canceled the order. Online info could be improved!

I went to get my dog nails grinded around 3 30 on a today a sunday. They said they couldnt do it and that they were closing. The signs says they close at 6 on sundays. This has happened before. They said you can come back tomorrow at 9am. I work Monday to friday days. If you try to bring them when you get off work they refuse to help you. I will never come back. They just didnt want to do their job. They dont care about the people that have to work. Also the 5 dollar extra on weekends and raising the regular prices for something a simple as a nail grind went up 4 dollars.
