Salesman they call Big Mike, he has poor service. Worst experience EVER. He was very very rude.he had a very bad attitude towards us. Do better with the employees Pettus!

We have bought 5 vehicles from Chad Browers over many years. He does a great job letting us know the details of the vehicles and is very available for after sale questions.

Great place to do business. Mark Easter is a great salesman. Explained everything well. All levels of the sale went very smooth. Quick and easy.

My experience with the service department at Pettus Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Farmington Missouri was awful. In November I called the service department and asked about service for my durango and they promptly said sure they would be able to help and gave me a estimate. I called back later, and got a different person who also said yes they could help but I would have to bring it in before they could give an estimate. I towed my vehicle there and it took a week for the dealership to have a tech look at it. I got roughly the same estimate as the first time and said ok, fix it. They called back two weeks later and wanted two hundred more because they couldn't remember if the estimate included the part. I said it did include the part but go ahead. A week later they called and said they couldn't do it and that I had to pick it up. They lied to me, gouged me for more money, and then decided they did not want to do the work. They had full knowledge of everything and when ii talked with Roderick the service department head he denied being a capable and committed to honor agreement establishment and that this sometime happens.
They do not actually deserve a star and I will never take my auto business there again.

Chad was so kind, and helped us get exactly what we wanted. We were hoping for a different model than what they had available, and he was able to get it from a different dealership and have it there the next day for us. He made sure everything was perfect and was able to get a hitch added to it the same day.

Chad was my salesman, he was very professional and wasn't pushy or aggressive to make a sale! I told him what vehicles I was wanting to look at and both vehicles were ready, running, and waiting for me! Kelly in finance was the sweetest and had NO issues explaining my contract in depth to me when signing papers.

My truck went in for repair. The results weren't good. So I told Mark, The Old Dude that I wanted a SUV type. And by the end of the day they got me into a new Jeep. It feels like it was made for me. Handles real good. I am in love. I had bought a couple of items the week before and it matches the car. It was just meant to be. Thank You Pettus in Farmington. The process was so easy and the ladies in the office were super nice and professional. I wish everyone would go get a new vehicle from Pettus. I am on my second vehicle from them. I won't shop elsewhere. You find a great place and stick with them.

I was in rush to get vehicle, as rental car was due back that day, had to get brother to drive rental back to Festus! When return, had bunch paper to sign, never told they added gap insurance to my loan! 995 dollars! Was given 1 key! Not real happy after going through paper!
