Best bank ever. Phelps County was ready when the PPP Loan applications were open. They provided clear instructions, a spreadsheet for calculations and a portal to upload all your data. Loans were processed within 3 days they went over and above to insure our small business customers had what they needed to continue to do business during the Pandemic. My hats are off to ALL of the employees for stepping up and helping in a time of great need.

Recently applied and received an SBA PPP loan through PCB. Wow did they get it done fast and perfectly in these tumultuous times. The loan department team worked 12-14 hour days 6-7 days a week getting their customers taken care of. As I listened to all the news surrounding the PPP program I as very thankful to have PCB as my advocate. You took very proactive measures to insure your customers were able to take advantage this program. I was singed up for one of the webinars to learn about the program and had I waited for the webinar I likely would have been too late. Kenny called and said you had a group dedicated to getting everything filed accurately and timely on our behalf and I jumped on it. It went so smoothly I could not believe it was a Federal program. I have to assume that is the result of PCB’s hard work. So thanks for the dedication you have always shown to your small business customers.
