Phelps Health Walk-In Clinic - Waynesville

I feel so heard at this urgent care. Ignore all those reviews that say otherwise. I have 3 kids and have been here multiple times for myself and my kids and not once have I left feeling untreated. They genuinely care here and I will never go anywhere else for an urgent care.

We will never return here. After a 3 hr wait, we found the service lacking adequate communication and severely lacking in lab service options. We filed a grievance but did not feel heard at all.

It Would be nice if they'd put on their website that they stop seeing patients at seven thirty.

This place says they are a hospital and charges as an ER even though they are listed as an urgent care. I called them to get some clarity on the issue, but no one ever answered the phone. Was on hold about 30 minutes and it wasn't close to closing. Won't be going back there again!

Exceptional care and great facility. Urgent/immediate care visit was fast and thorough. Standard of care: outstanding!

This the worst place to go. If your a military family and black please do not go to this place. The receptionist (lady with the glasses) she is the worst unprofessional. She hung up the phone while i was explaining about the bad service that i have received. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

I went to this urgent care clinic because of its close proximity and was very glad that I did. My visit was processed timely and efficiently from start to finish and I left feeling very relieved and grateful for the care and advice I was given. Thank you all.

Just wondering how true it is but was informed that they close on at 6 pm on sundays and stop taking patients a little before 4: 30 people … wasn’t able to get seen for that reason, quite interesting for this to be a facility that accommodates urgent care needs not emergencies …

I’ve been to immediate care several times. I’ve never had to wait long to be seen, the staff is very nice, and helpful. I found the experience to be better than most might expect it to be.

I had been sick and could not be seen by my primary care till almost a week after I called. They got me in I was having trouble breathing. Staff was quick to be sure I was safe. Not breathing is a very scary feeling! They monitored me and cared for me.
