12 Got some rude attendant playing bathroom police with the men’s and women’s bathrooms. Yelled at me when I tried to use the single toilet men’s room. Both bathrooms are single toilet restrooms that lock from the inside.
“Women’s” bathroom needs a key from the clerk to get in. “Men’s” bathroom is just open for them to use. Seems ridiculous to me. I ended just used the men’s room.
Smells like sewage every time i go here. Place is newer. Only get gas here but staff is very friendly and fast.
No humanity displayed, bathroom emergency and the men's room was occupied and clerk refused me key to women's bathroom. I could understand if it was a matter of convenience but I told her it was an emergency, she could care less. No humanity or compassion displayed whatsoever.
Nice gas station to fill up at before you drop your rental car off at Kansas City International Airport.
Closest gas station to airport yet they aren't even open when first flights start taking off literally 100 yards from their front door. Really? !? Seems odd they wouldn't cater to the demographic better considering the airport traffic is exactly why they set up shop here. Call me crazy.
Absolutely human debris. My tire went all the way flat coming out of the airport and sunset was coming fast so I pulled in and began changing it, wanting to be in a public place because my 3 & 7 year old daughters were in truck. These people come out and tell me I can’t change my tire and threatened to call the police.
Ended up changing tire in an empty post office parking lot. Thanks for nothing.
Gas station is open. Staff aren’t the greatest and leave a lot to be desired. There are other gas stations off earlier exits on the way to the airport. I would stop there first.
Rudest blonde cashier in the store. Not helpful at all in answering questions. And her coworker not wearing a mask, while she was yelling at me to find mine.
Beautiful facility. Really need to look into acoustic management. An echo chamber that was uncomfortable to be in.
This station is actually a Cenex. Today, 13 July, the station was closed, doors locked, lights out, and all the pumps turned off. Tough luck for people returning a rental.
My mom and I stopped here from the airport. It just snowed here in KC a couple days ago, and her tire pressure was super low. We were messing with the free air pump for awhile when a really nice employee on the bay side doors came out and said to come around to the bays so he could put air in our tires. It was super nice of him, and boy was it cold outside. We never got his name but want to leave this review because it made a difference in our day. Thank you!
Right next to rental car returns at airport. A few cents higher but still cheaper than returning your rental car less than full.
