Phoenix Nail Lounge, Independence MO

I enjoy going to Phoenix Nail because the staff is friendly and they make you feel welcome. The staff is professional and they also have a bar if you would like to have a drink, either with or without alcohol, the first one is complimentary. The techs make me laugh sometimes when they get to talking and even though I may not understand what they're saying they will include me in and they're just great. I think I've found my home here at Phoenix Nail Lounge.

This place was extremely rude to me. They would throw my hands into the removal dish, non-stop attitude, and diminish me. I went in there to take off another places nails and have them put on a new set. However, I was so fed up with the way I was treated that I left half way through with one hand somewhat soaked off and the other still wet. If you need a good nail salon I recommend nail me or something like that in blue springs with decent prices.

I usually love coming here for my main/pedi but this time I was not happy the lady who did my pedi literally took skin off the side of my toe being to rough when taking dead skin off made me bleed and hella sore she acted as nothing had happened.

Staff we’re very respectful! There was a long wait, but they got me in and out as fast as possible:) my nails look great, and the prices are so reasonable.i DEFINITELY recommend!

I recently went on a Friday and got acrylic
Coffin shape nails it is now Tuesday and I’m already missing a nail. I use to love them and would recommend them to everyone that complimented my nails but they have went down hill.

I started out on 1st visit seeing some potential of having a place to go, but not it's holding up to looking professional and some of the nail polish is old because it starts to peel before week it out. Also rush job.

I paid for a GEL pedicure and manicure. Barely 4 days after I received this service, my nails started falling off and chipping away. After 7 days, I’ve lost 5 nails and all of the others are loose and ready to come off. Also to mention, nail tech did not follow the picture and design that I requested. Extremely dissatisfied and have never received such bad quality of nail service. Do not recommend

I sat for 2 and a half hours for a full set ombre style nails. The nail tech left my nails so thick and bubbled that I had her redo them 4 times. Finally I had had enough, it was past closing time and they still were not what I expected for the $60 I spent. The powder is so far off the sides of my nails it makes my nails look too wide for my hands. Just very very sloppy work. I told her repeatedly what I wanted and she would say ok and not really listen to what I said and kept doing what she wanted. I will return for either a full refund or have someone else completely redo my nails, I will sit there all day until I am satisfied with the results for which I paid.

I got my lashes, nails and toes done. I spent $170 and my lashes fell off within two days. They aren’t done correctly, they were still sticky for 2-3 days after I got them done and were falling off in clumps. I was then able to just soak them off for like 2 mins and the whole strip fell off. There’s no way I would’ve ever been able to scrub them the way you should be able to. My toes look good but my nails are uneven and the guy rushed and didn’t even look to make sure they all were the correct lengths. I don’t normally do reviews but avoid getting lashes here. I was going to get my eyebrows micro bladed here but I don’t think I’m going to now. John’s girlfriend btw

I got so many compliments on my nails both Christmas and New Year's. Love this place. I'm handicapped and they are so nice.

I get the dip powder. I personally had a great experience. They were all very nice and sociable and my nails look great. They have so many options at the bar!

Went in with my daughter to get our toes down. Ended up walking out because the smell was horrendous. My daughter started to feel sick from the smell. It was horrible.

Great experience. I liked the attention. They have a pretty space & lots of color choices.
Massage chairs very relaxing.
Full bar, if interested. Great location. Great service.
