I took my iPod touch in for a new battery. Well 2 weeks later, I finally got it back. I was told that the battery had to be soldered, ok but 2 weeks?

Needed to have battery replaced in phone. Service performed quickly while I ate lunch. No problems with installation. All questions answered. Very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again.

The guys at the store were extremely helpful replacing the glass cover over the lens on my wife’s iPhone. One of their competitors employees referred me to them because of price and quality of repairs. Walked in the store, they assisted and estimated cost, I went to Big Biscuit for a big biscuit and when I returned repair was done and phone was clean as a whistle. Couldn’t ask for better service.

These guys are AMAZING at what they do! They are incredibly timely, saved0 me money, my devices, and importantant data. VERY IMPRESSED with these guys!

PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

EDIT 2: it’s been 3 weeks of this hassle and 8 extra trips, and I have to go back because again they did not install my screen correctly and now there is visible damage on my display, and the vibration is broken: (this is so frustrating. I would Not recommend coming here. AT FIRST I THOUGHT Great place to get your iPhone fixed quickly! (Wrong, Read Update Below)
Both of the guys working were super informative, efficient and helpful. The store was able to replace my iPhone back glass and port within just a couple hours! I did have to bring it back because the flash wasn’t working, when I went to get this fixed, they broke my GPS and didn’t put the screen back on properly. I had no phone for 3 days and it’s still not fixed. I’ve been to the shop about 10 times at this point and I’m kinda over it. Every time they fix the last thing they broke they manage to break a completely new part. They haven’t apologized or offered any refund. F this place, they are going to be reported to the Better Business Bureau because they have had so many chances to make their mistakes right and continue to give me more new issues, if I was rich I would sue.

Had to get a bank issues refund because even after all my attempts to go back and work with the company, they replaced my genuine apple parts with refurbished ones without my permission and have still left my phone with countless issues I had never previously experienced. (If the owner or manager sees this know ur family are incels and you don’t deserve ur employees)

Walked in without an appointment with a cracked screen protector and less than 15 min later was walking out a happy customer. Thank you for speedy and great service
