Junkyard Pick-n-Pull reviews
11Talks to you like your a dog and very ignorant and if you 4 mins late from 5: 30 before they stop letting people in you get screwed out of an hour drive
They don't buy your car based on the value of the parts, just the value of the scrap metal. They don't do same-day pickup. Only 1 of the 3 people I spoke to on the phone was actually polite.
However, they showed up on time to pick-up and all I had to do once they arrived was sign a paper and give them the title and they gave me the check for the agreed upon price.
Salvage Parts are supposed to be for salvage price and they’re charging almost 80 to 100% price on most parts possibly because they have incompetent cashiers that have no idea what they’re charging for
Just okay if you want something in quick. $2 entrance fee! I found some parts are expensive, check online before you go there. You going to pay for parts + environment fee! Always get receipt and parts numbered by the cashier so if the parts don’t work or want to replace/ return will be required.
Terrible workers horrible attitudes! PRICES ARE VERY HIGH! IS NOT RECOMMENDED! Blond lady working at the front desk is extremely rude and disrespectful.customer service is really poor and non-existent here!
They are way overpriced or you happen to be the one to go out to the yard and take off what you need. Paid $85 for eight passenger side fender that and get it still need bodywork and paint. I will stay in the yard to clean And the employees were night, but the prices are ridiculous
I enjoy coming here with my husband. 3 stars because of decent inventory. The guy at check out counter was extremely friendly too which is always a plus. They have a person at the gate who checks you, but it’s not a huge deal. They don’t get more stars than that because they are more expensive than they should be for basically a landfill for cars, not to mention you have to take things apart yourself and the risk of buying used stuff. Other places are cheaper. Either way, very happy about my new fender.
Excellent salvage place! It was our first time going there. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly! They had a good selection of vehicles in what we needed. Such fair prices for the work you just did to get the parts off! I would highly recommend! We will be back if we should need parts
Polite. Professional. Probably won't have aluminum rims. Apparently, places recycle the aluminum ones.
You can't even bring your own jack to pull parts how are you supposed to pull parts that requires a jack you don't provide them but instead tell me to come back on Monday and maybe a manager will help me 0/10 customer service
Only reason they even get the second star is because of availability of parts if you need it they probably have it now the reason for almost just giving one star is because i can't believe they have the audacity to charge retail price for parts at a salvage/junk yard. Now correct me if I'm wrong but junk yards are giant dumpsters for auto parts. Why in the world would anyone wanna do all the work in taking off this used probably slightly damaged if not extremely noticeably damaged but guaranteed to not be new part when they can sit in the comfort of their home and order the same exact part but brand new online. Literally it's like they got their pricing list from rock auto because their used dumpster parts cost exactly as much as rock autos brand new shipped to you part
