Picture Perfect Lawn Care Service Inc, Smithville MO

This company provided lawn care and sprinkler service for the builders in my neighborhood. I inquired about lawn service since they were constantly at the neighboring houses and I was told they were too busy to take new business. Then when we found out that the builder had the backyard dimensions wrong they were called out to move the sprinkler heads. I was sent an invoice for the service and the builder told me not to pay it because they would cover the cost of moving the sprinkler heads. I did not hear anything for 5 months and then I received another invoice from them. I have never been able to get someone on the phone any time I have tried to call them.
