I can't say enough good things about PierMagic. Everyone there has been awesome to work with. A special shout out to Mike Lowrey as he has always been responsive to my requests to check out my foundation for issues as well as some of my rental homes. Always very professional, honest and friendly. Never pushy, always upfront and informative as to what needs to be done and what doesn't yet. We had PierMagic install 16 piers 10 yrs ago and just had them do 4 more recently for a different area of our home that had dropped due to the terrible drought in this area this summer. The crew that just installed the 4 piers were great and they made sure to clean up everything when they finished the job. The foreman was very professional and thorough. Not only do the piers stabilize the foundation, but they were able to lift it a little so that our new double doors in basement close and lock properly. (we had just installed the french doors, replacing a garage door, late spring and by late summer, foundation had dropped enough that you couldn't lock it properly). I think the DynaPier they use is the best ones out there. Have not had any issues with the piers that were installed 10 yrs ago. I highly recommend PierMagic!

They did a great job replacing two outdoor walkways and a couple of steps. Tore out old concrete and brick and replaced with new poured concrete. Lots of attention to detail so it looks great.

I highly recommend this company. Mike was a real pro in his assessment. Once the job started, he even changed the game plan, which saved ME money! And not only did the courtious crew do outstanding work, but they finished a big job in just 2 and a half days. Foundation work is expensive. Period. If you want it done right, call Piermagic.

PierMagic was amazing to work with. I had a bit of an unique situation and they worked around it with me. The construction crew that came out was friendly and professional. They worked fast and worked late to finish the project on time. We had a few moments of miscommunication but the company did everything they could to get back on the same page. We had a structural engineer come out and assess their work afterwards, and he said he was impressed with how quickly they got it all done and it was some of the best work he’d seen. Their prices were quite a bit less than the other companies we had quotes from and the quality was amazing. I would totally recommend PierMagic for any foundation repairs!

The team was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and so nice to work with.

The foreman/project lead has an in-depth understanding of the entire tie-back solution, as well as considering landscaping, compacting, rain water run-off, soil in our area, and recognition of neighbor relations, especially during times of flooding.

We received progress updates throughout the day, and an end-of-day progress including a walk-thru of work done, and how that work contributed to the overall project completion. They took care to clean up as they worked, swept up at the end of each task, and then overall clean-up at the end of each day.

We were curious about the entire solution and often watched the team working on various tasks. They were happy to answer questions, explain what they were doing and why, and were fine with us being interested in their work

We had water entering our basement, and the crew did an excellent job of establishing better drainage of water and installing a new sump pump as well as creating the system for emptying effluent from the pump. They were professional and were careful to clean up after their work.

They made the experience the very best it could be for the circumstances. The crew foreman communicated with me every step of the way and entire crew was very professional.

The guys that came were here on time and worked until the job was done. They kept us updated on everything they were doing.
I freaked out at first at how much it tore up my yard but Rene made it look great and they seeded and covered it with straw. Great company! I will use them again.

Rene and his crew put piers under my house due to severe settling. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They were very respectful in our home and always tried to keep the mess and disruption to a minimum. The crew were all very nice and made sure they cleaned up everything after the job was done.

Rene and a helper fixed my sagging wing wall quickly, cleanly and professionally. He has the right equipment to install the auger pier with precision and only took three hours. He has the experience needed for work like this.
