As a realtor I use Steve and Austin a lot. Recently they inspected a home for my client that had already had an earlier inspection just a couple of weeks earlier. Steve and Austin discovered a severe mold problem the other company missed. They saved my clients tens of thousands of dollars in damages, and avoided potential health problems. I cannot recommend Steve and Austin enough.

If I could go less than one star I would. Inspector left tub dirty, left floors dirty, and didn’t leave everything the same way he found it. I also don’t know what the purpose of taking pictures of the storage inside my storage room was, when that’s what the storage room is for. Per my home surveillance, inspector allowed at least five other people into my home, which is way overboard. I was also upset that he destroyed a temporary siding repair by cutting into it and leaving it there. I would not recommend his services.
