Pilot Travel Center, Kearney MO

My experience was great! Taco Bell is closed here. I don't know if it's closed permanently. But, the cashier was nice enough to bring me the sushi dish they sell from the back.

The people there are very nice. The Women’s bathroom is always clean when I go in there. It has to be one of the cleanest gas stations I’ve ever been to. It always smells good and fresh in there. The cashiers are always in a good mood and so friendly. It’s the only place I go.

I would have given a five star rating if it won't for the un maintained deisel pumps. They were all junk today.

Bathrooms and showers were extremely clean they had a lot of cool items from glass dragons to full shaving kits including electric but what amazed me today was the customer service I got there was a gentleman having a medical emergency with a customer in the Bath room so they had to close it but colt and Jared directed us to get to use the showers just so we could go to the bathroom so great job guys on great customer service while taking care of a customer in need

Great staff! Super friendly and helpful. I had a hit and run on my truck and Mike the manager went above and beyond to help me identify the guy on the cameras. Greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work guys!

Well here we are again.at pilot flying travel center with a tacos bell restaurant. The restaurant can't not put sour cream on something even after I make sure that it states that order with no sour cream. I don't understand how hard it is to read or understand no means do not put sour cream on this order.and they just get it to me hope that i would not notice.yes I noticed that and trust me I plan to complain to everyone i can especially those who work at pilot flying corporate offices.it no wonder why people get stuck in dead end jobs when they can't bother read no sour cream.never again will i stop and eat here.

It is getting out of control. No food available for hungry Truckers but asking to round up your bill. That's unbelievable

Absolute garbage facility run by absolute garbage people. I had a reserved spot, but they couldn’t move anyone out of a spot so it was useless. I got a refund and luckily a spot opened in the back so I did have a place to park, but it was pure luck. Next, they had the showers shut down because not enough people were working. So if you come here needing a shower at night don’t expect one because they can’t have enough people working. There are numerous locations pilot/flying J need to review as far as who should and shouldn’t be a franchisee and this is one of them…

We were shorted money and had to go back in and wait while the drawer be counted down. The women was so high she couldn't count back money. I would not cash an EFS check here ever again. Now we have wasted over an hour here.

Nice sized parking area, there’s a Taco Bell, not one of the smaller crammed in pilot truck stops, so that makes for a better shopping experience when getting your snacks, etc;
I lucked up on this location coming in from Chicago - had plenty of room to park my semi, watch a football game, eat a hot meal, and get a good nights sleep
Definitely would visit again

I broke down on i35 northbound right at exit for truckstop, had a major oil leak, was trying to nurse it home to central iowa, I walked to pilot and bought 4 gallons of oil to get me by. I'm not sure of the gentleman's name that helped me, but when I told him I was walking back to my truck about a mile away, he didnt hesitate and offered me a ride. True customer service, thank you for your help

The gas station and fuel desk side are awesome, no complaints. The Taco Bell side however… Have absolutely ruined it for me. I can’t seem to pick an opening time and stick with it which is led to me to stop several times hoping for some good Taco Bell only to find it randomly not open. Has a truck driver that cost me a lot of time and is extremely disappointing. I may just stop bothering altogether. But like I said the pilot side Is awesome.

My mom and I just stopped here to get gas. We are driving a big 26’ Uhaul with a car tow attached and my mom got stuck leaving the gas pump, unable to back up or go forward. We asked the staff for help and suddenly 5 guys were outside helping us, and one man actually backed the truck up for us. All the staff there is so friendly and so kind. Nobody was mad at us for getting stuck, they were all eager to help. 10/10 reccomend

2021 the 6th of June I came in at 8: 00 in the morning the night shift was still working because the day shift didn't show up.

The kid wanted to open up Taco Bell and keep working the problem was there was nobody to count the drawer down from the previous shift that was supposed to come in at 7: 00 in the morning.
Showers were down apparently they said where the night shift crew we don't have a maintenance shift till they couldn't clean any showers he employs I guess aren't trained to clean showers anymore.

I always get that 1 fuel pump that doesn't work! Trash was removed and showers very clean. The parking area has several spaces taken up by locals who block the space with their personal vehicles. And dropped trailers that have been there for some time!

Great place to drop the browns off at the super bowl on your way to KC. They also have Taco Bell which makes it a one stop shop if you ask me!

I was at the Pilot in Kearny MO on 4/16/2021 at 11: 30pm and I couldn't get the Mobile Fuel App to work and on top of the that the key pad wouldn't even allow me to manually enter my information on pump 19. I also noticed that 3 pumps weren't operational. Out of frustration I decided to just grab a bite to eat at Taco Bell and a cup of mud, well Taco Bell was closed and there wasn't any coffee so I left empty handed and I won't be stopping at this location again! One of the worst pilots I have ever been to trash all over the fuel Island and parking lot people parked all over the place and places blocking entrance and exits.
Only about four of the seven fuel pumps worked the people at Taco Bell didn't get my order right because they were too busy talking to each other and on their phones. The people in the store had to get somebody out to move people out of prime parking that were parked illegally and it took an inordinate amount of time.
