8Cashier is very rude. Waited for 30 minutes to be added to a list. Some random guy walked up with an old receipt. She put them right on the list and said I’m gonna get you next to this ludicrous, only two showers. Don’t waste your time she would rather sit and eat her food not on break mind you because she would get out of the chair long enough to ring someone up and it back down, then clean the showers because it doesn’t concern her, I don’t know what these people are getting paid to do. This is ridiculous.
There NO MUSIC PLAYING! The music needs to be on and at a volume where EVERYONE CAN HEAR IT, AT ALL TIMES!
Been waiting over an hour and half for someone to clean shower and they are still not cleaning them. Just asked how much longer and was told to be patient. There’s no one in showers they just to busy to clean them and apparently I’m not busy and have nothing better to do.
New management is really change things remodel on the bathroom and showers nice and very competent maintenance crew keep the building thanks John for the improvements
Very small parking lot, store is very clean. Only 2 showers. Cashier ladies are very nice, Britney is the best at customer service. She should be a store manager and train all workers ️️️️️
Truck wouldn't cold start properly after fueling here. Had to dump out fuel from fuel filter and add different fuel until the truck warmed up. Picture shows the Pilot fuel that was in the tanks on the left which is very light compared to what I had to get from a different fuel station which is on the right, darker. Won't fuel here anymore
No showers. They have some problem going on
Very small only like 10 parking spot Can't park anywhere. Across street is private lot so no no
You can pay with the pilot app. A qr code you add money to your account. Go to this pilot Saturday morning And the lady refuses to scan my qr code says it doesn't work. I get this problem some times but they usually try to scan it and if course it works. This lady flat out refused to scan it. Why go to work if your going to be rude. Pilot spends all this money on the app and the employees some of them are to lazy to understand how it works!
