Everybody was so nice. They are very understanding and helpful. Only thing I did not like was the security officer. But everyone else was perfect.

I went to Pine Lawn Dental as a emergency walk in, they will have you wait a couple hours to serve appointments first but you will love the after results! Ik i love mine lol.the pain is gone & i am FREE i recommend!

Just love the way they handled walking in clients. Now only that the staff is very friendly which easy the fear of being in a dentist office.

Can never get through on the appointment line after waiting 30 mins on hold they hang up on me every time, so frustrating!

Dr. London, amazing, Ms. Kim knows her job and I'm thankful for her making me feel comfortable, Ms. Mimi one of the nicest clerks I've ever met, over all I'm pleased with my team

I have been getting my teeth cleaned here since I’ve been going to the dentist. I am now 16 and I hate this place. They take forever to answer the phone for my mama no matter what day and time. My brother needs multiple fill ins right now and they won’t give my mama the referral to a dentist that does it when they said they would. Mind you he is 5 and it’s so painful for him and it’s hard on my mom. Me and my 12 year old brother recently got a clean and we were supposed to get referrals for an orthodontist but never did. They wont answer the phone ever and they take for ever to even get to you even when you have an appointment. My appointment was at 10 am and I didn’t end up leaving till like 1pm. Im hoping somebody sees this and can change some things up there because that’s like the only dentist that accepts my insurance and they never available or just unprofessional.

I have been going to this dentist since I was a child and I wouldn’t trust my dental health in any other hands but Dr. Travis he is my BFDF (BestFriendDentistForever)!

They all are pleasant and friendly people I walk in WASNT a bad experience like most offices! The dr took his time me and his assistant was even better!

I’m in pain a lil bit still and I’m still bleeding and my mouth is still numb how long does it last

Only reason for me given 2 star is because the place is very clean and the safe is nice but my process has been absolutely terrible I’ve been waiting 4 months just to get my teeth fixed after they took forever to get in contact with my insurance they finally did and did not do what they where supposed to do now another month long wait I won’t be returning here after this

Customer service was great, staff was professional and time of service was great. Very good and knowledgeable doctors.

I had a great experience. I haven't been to this dental office since I was a child. They moved across the street in a bigger space and I love the new atmosphere. Everyone was polite. The office was clean, the technology is updated. Jennifer was my dental hygienist and she did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth. She was very informative as well. I'm so proud of pine lawn dental. Keep it up!
