Had to replace my exhaust manifold with converter on my 2014. I found out that I can get the part from most auto parts stores for around $500. Pinegar charged me $1500. Feel like I got ripped off.

He showed us the different options and helped us order a vehicle exactly the way we wanted it.

Josh was great! He got back with me quickly about the car I was interested in. He held it for me until I could get there! I highly recommend!

Everyone was great! The detail shop even took some sticky residue off my vehicle leftover from Halloween Trunk or Treat decorations that I had issues getting off.

It was time for a new business vehicle. I thought my last 2 experiences with Pinegar couldn’t be beat but wow! Blown away again. The deal was flawless. I had done my research, checked my expectations at the door and somehow they read my mind. Tyler and Chuck hit my trade value at the same amount I had in mind. Thought I was going to have to negotiate. Then they showed me the purchase price I had “hoped” I would get. Mind readers these guys! Overall I couldn’t be happier. This was my 8th new or used vehicle purchase with Pinegar over 20+ years and I’ve never had a bad experience.

Let's get this out in the open immediately. I work here. I have been here just 6 weeks and this is a great place to work and serve people. The managers operate with great integrity. The sales people are really good people. On a really busy Saturday last week the GM even helped with delivering one of my cars while I was with another family. Everyone seems willing to help each other in the interest of the customer.

No where is perfect and we all can make mistakes, but this team will work to fix it. After thirty five years in sales, management, and even ownership I can say this is a great place to do business.
