Kenyatta is AMAZING! I have been going to her now for several years and I can honestly say that I am a happy and satisfied customer. Kenyatta is professional, friendly, and in my opinion the best makeup artist in Kansas City, MO. If you are ever in the area please stop by and check out the store. If not, you can always shop online. But trust me either way you will not be disappointed. *Smile*

Kenyatta makes it clear her MUA’s comes before her customers even if they’re at fault! I’ve supported this woman business over 4 times and brought products after my makeup appointments and this is how she talks to me. Support black businesses they say

I ordered my products and the NEXT DAY I had a shipping notification:) The products I purchased were AMAZING! I bought 2 bucket hats and the Glass Lip Closs. Bucket hats NEVER fit me. But Pinklipps bucket hats were very roomy and even had adjustable ties on the inside. The lip glass? OMG the best I've ever had. Stays on for a long time and the perfect balance between not being too thick but also not too runny. I will be purchasing more from them soon!

On 10/8 I went to this shop at 1: 00 (Google says the shop is open at 12). The door was locked but the owner came to the door. She didn’t let me inside but asked what I needed. I asked for the walk in make up service that they provide. I was told to come back in an hour. I came back at 1: 50 just to see that the store had been closed and everyone inside left! I stuck around until 2: 20 and still no one was there to provide a service. Instead of telling someone to come back in an hour, if you were unsure if you were staying or if anyone would be there, that should have been communicated!

Loved the natural bridesmaid makeup done on me. Stayed on all day/night during that 90 degree heat. Thank you!

JOSH doesn’t disappoint. He’s very professional with his work from the time u book til finish. He’s definitely my goto when it comes to getting my makeup done!

I made booking online on the day of my appointment I arrived 15minutes ahead of my appointment to insure I made it on time so I wouldn’t be charged a late fee as stated in rules when booking I knocked on door no answer now I’m freaking out because I have photoshoot booked in next 3hrs I call number listed as business phone no answer I look up email confirmation for appointment that has another listed when I get answer from Kenya and inform her I’m outside her salon and have 1pm appointment I’m not sure with who because email doesn’t specify when booking? She looks up her schedule and informed me she didn’t even know she had booking for this evening that she could come but it would take her 30minutes to arrive and she would be able to adjust the remainder payment for service she arrived 35minutes late got me in her chair asked for look I was going for I showed her picture she was done by 2: 15 my makeup came out perfectly and she did amazing job and gave me $20 off my service I would’ve given her 5stars but I think it’s unprofessional for business to take deposit and not be there on time/date of booking unless given a heads up

Mrs. Gant did my make-up for my wedding October 19th, she did a great job with make-up lasting all night long and was easy to remove. My skin felt as though it could still breathe and was flawless. I would recommend this place for any occasion you want to feel and look fabulous for!

Was able to make a last minute appointment for my birthday. Makeup artist was Josh and he was amazing! Definitely recommend their services and will be back soon.
