Pinnacle Career Institute - North Kansas City

May 1st 2023 was my day I started school and now I have HVAC certification. I can recommend this school to everyone looking to become an HVAC technician. I had Masters & Henry instructors at bootcamp, I can tell you they gave me the knowledge I needed to become the technician I am. You will never regret it especially when you finish your bootcamp because it's hands on and they instructors make sure you get it

I went through the HVAC technician school. It was super helpful to get my career and gave me the drive I needed. The staff are always willing to help you out though any questions, concerns, problems you might encounter on your journey through the class. The instructor Henry and James are extremely knowledgeable and are always willing to put extra time into you if you need. So you can get the absolute best experience possible.

Chad Alban and Jeremy Coons were the best instructors I could have had. I had a fantastic experience at Pinnacle. The staff and all the instructors were very accommodating and the care they took with us was top notch.

The HVAC at PCI is top notch. James and Henry did a great job and made me very confident in my abilities to diagnose and repair a/c and furnace problems.

Just finished boot camp. Staller staff, excellent, program. 10/10 recommendations if your looking to get started as a future wind tech.

I had great time at Pinnacle Career Institute! Had a great learning experience with the HVAC program. Henry and James are great instructors and will walk through everything you need to know to get out there and succeed. They both have great patience and will work with you. 10/10 for sure, well worth your time and money!

I attended the HVAC training at PCI and could not have been more pleased. From the ease of admissions to the final boot camp experience, it was money well spent. I learned how to diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, and the best part of training was the two week hands on boot camp. Another great benefit is that they have folks at what they call Career services that help with placement after graduation. All in all it was a great experience.

Pinnacle is a great institution I took the hvac course and I’m impressed with how they helped me throughout the course the instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable.all questions I had have been answered thanks to pinnacles hvac course and their instructors and staff very respectful 10/10

So thanks to pinnacle I am now a certified tower technician currently employed with R&S TOWER SERVICE. It wouldn't be with out the support of sherry plemmons. Jerry and Jason love yall.

Took two courses with PCI really enjoyed my time there help me line up a really great turbine career

I completed the wind turbine technician program at PCI, it was an experience that inspired, encouraged and one to go down in the memory books. The student faculty is amazing.

I did the Telecommunications Tower Technician course with this school. I had a great expirence with the online school and the instructors were helpful through all of it. I did the 10 day "bootcamp" where you finish the training Chad and Jeremy the instructors. They are very knowledgeable and some of the best teachers I've had in my life. If you are willing to put the work in and work at heights I highly recommend this school.

I had one of the best experiences at Pinnacle Career Institute. My instructors were very helpful and always ready to answer any questions! Thank you Jared and Blaine for all of the knowledge you gave me to start my new career! Bootcamp was awesome and the accommodations are top notch. The food at lunch in my opinion was like eating at a 5 star restaurant every day! The staff was very helpful and got me setup to properly apply for jobs. Sherry and Ciera are wonderful people and I appreciate everyone at Pinnacle Career Institute. Thank you!

Trevor has an outstanding attitude, very professional, an awesome teacher and knowledgeable on the subjects he teaches, hes able to encourage the people that grasp the course a little slower and challenge the ones that blow throw it.
Nick was refreshing, stays calm and collected and is able to teach in a professional matter, he also has some sick dance moves!
Jared is Mr. Cool, very knowledgeable about what he teaches and pushes you to succeed.
Brittany started our journey on day one, she has a smile that can light up anybodys day and I looked forward to seeing her everyday. I would say to give her a more active role in training but how can you replace the most beautiful assistant in this universe, not possible!
Thank you Pinnacle crew for everything you've taught us, we will take it into the field and hopefully not use it but if the time comes we will be ready.

I went her to get my ACE cert to become a personal trainer. I asked if this was something that I needed to become a personal trainer. I was told that I did need to be certified to be a personal trainer.

I was lied to. In the state of MO, an ACE cert is not required.
I trusted the school, but they lied to me.
Wish I had known then, what I know now.

I graduated from Pinnacle in May of 2021from the Wind Turbine technician program. Since graduating, I’ve had multiple jobs within the industry and most recently I have been selected to become trained to work offshore. I cannot speak highly enough about this place. From the knowledge I obtained during schooling, to Pinnacle’s help placing me with a job in the industry. I’m still working for the same company I originally started in the industry with, and I accredit my ability to work as well as I have to Pinnacle’s unwavering commitment to student’s success. Huge shoutout to Blaine Pettipiece and Andrew Still, both of these guys were instructors for myself and they’re amazing at what they do. If you’re interested in starting a career in wind, Pinnacle is a great place to start. They’ll do ya right.

It’s was a long journey at PCI but after all the tests and homework got out the way boot camp was everything and more than I was expecting! There was a time when I was about to quit and my instructors Chad and Jeremy wouldn’t let me quit and told exactly what I needed to hear to keep me from quitting! So many times I’ve quit things and my life and now leaving pci I’m leaving with the tools and confidence to take on this new chapter of my life! Thank you mrs Dee for that phone call that changed my life!

Henry, James, and Joe are amazing instructors and they are passionate about teaching the hvac class everything they need to know.

Pinnacle career institute is a very great place for trades. The instructors are amazing. The online courses make you learn so much. The Hvac bootcamp is amazing. I learned so much so fast with the hands-on aspect of the training. The instructors where so much help. They made us feel comfortable and to understand all concepts of the hvac trade. I highly recommend pinnacle for trade career school. Thanks to Joe, Henry, and James for all the learning you guys gave us. I appreciate everything you guys have done. The advisors and administration are amazing people to have help me through the whole school program.
