Pizza Hut, Fort Leonard Wood MO

A little on the expensive side for fast food pizza. That said, the pizza was pretty good and service was very fast. While the nearby chicken place had a long line, pizza hut had immediate service even at peak lunch hours. Good for a quick lunch when you don't have time to go off-base.

Terrible experience. Ordered food for my employees and waited an hour. When the delivery driver called I was able to give her correct directions and when arrived missing half the order. Had to place another order for the rest of my food. And was charged for delivery again. Never never again.

Awful! I just drove 8 hours to visit my family member here who is graduating. Called to order before 10pm. Online it shows that this location closes at 11pm. The female who answered the phone stated that she couldn't even go over any specials over the phone. I am exhausted and everything else on the base is closed, so I decided to just order for myself and my family. She was rude and laughed at me for asking the prices of what I was ordering. Look, just like everyone else, I'm on a tight budget so ordering pizza, although tired, was a treat for us. Paid for my order and she stated that it would be 20-25 minutes. She then rudely said that they're closing and told me to hurry. I was confused because it says that this location closes at 11pm not 9: 55 pm. Did my order and after an hour of no food, I called and ended up speaking to corporate because it allegedly transfers over to them. They told me that my order was "avoided" because they changed their mind 8 minutes after I had placed my order. They also stated that I'd receive my money back in 3-5 business days. Corporate is supposed to speak to this location as well. They too looked them up and were also wondering why they said they were closing early. They never ever called me to let me know any of this either. Their lack of customer service, empathy and lack of communication is inexcusable and shouldn't be tolerated. This location literally left my kids in tears. Never trust this place!

Worst Pizza Hut ever! Management is very rude. I love Pizza Hut but I will never use this Pizza Hut again. Try the one in St. Robert, they are amazing and treat their customers with respect.

I ordered a cheese pizza and it contained really good seasoning in the sauce, buttered crust, and actual tasteful cheese. The wait time given was accurate.

The pizza was so much better compared to my local pizza hut in Cali. The wings were spot on and the service was very good. Got our meal in good timing, it was an overall good experience. I'd go again if I'm on base for my soldier.

Food was great, receipt number on the tv shows status of order. The bathroom was big, but only had 1 stall.

One of my favorite go to food while TDY here for school. I’m never disappointed when get a specialty pizza at a really good price. I haven’t found a Pizza Hut that does a perfect job on the buffalo pizza anywhere else.

Was given a time of 50-60 minutes and it was delivered in 30. Not the typical greasy pizza hut pizza. Will definitely be ordering from again

Ordered close to closing but omg they didn’t skip on service or quality! I love this location! Food’s hot, they always get my orders right & are courteous no matter what & it goes a long way! I think his name was Cooper? Either way great location wished I tipped more. Please keep it up!

One of the nicer places for sure, and the new spicy pizza has a BIG KICK, this pizza will light you up I promise, you been warned ️

Gas, oil, tires, coolant, wipers, washer fluid, maintenance, insurance. Ect.all come out of the drivers pocket. If you dont tip them, THEY are paying to bring your food.

This is a very busy place. I can see why, the food is great and the customer service is tops!

The food was hot and fresh. It was delicious. The employees were nice and fun. The store was clean.
