Some of the staff is awkward and will look at you without asking if you need help. So while my pizza was ready, waiting to go home with me, I waited 7exyra minutes for no reason. But in doing so, I learned that they have crickets living in there. Even though it's freezing temps outside, they're thriving in pizza hut. Wack

If I could give no stars I definitely would. I waited 2hr 40 for my order to be delivered that never came and another 45 minutes on hold waiting for a supervisor to tell me that the store is closing and my delivery wouldn't be coming and they can give me a refund and have a goodnight. The customer service of this chain has gone down tremendously.

By far the worst pizza I ever had from pizza hut 60 70 mins for delivery showed up 2 hrs later.hard as a rock like it's been in the icebox tough to chew and oh wouldn't even consider it luke warm.called the store to find out what taking so long.no answer just rings.delivery driver rude and says he is the only one delivering and laughed and said sounds about right when I said I tried to call the store. Definitely go to a different pizza hut or order papa John's

Apparently when you ask for light sauce they get mad and add extra sauce, and also the online system told me my order was ready, but It was wrong I had to wait 10 more min.

Food was 45 minutes late. Didn't receive a call so I called the store there was no answer, customer service was nice but didn't accommodate me. 15 minutes later the pizza is at the door hot and wrong.

I ordered two medium pizzas and two, two liters of soda at 5: 04 PM. The young lady said you will receive the order in 55 minutes. The delivery driver arrived at my house at 6: 13PM. I spoke to the manager to see if the cost for the order can be reduces. He declined and I turned the delivery driver away with the merchandise. Don't order from this location if you want your order delivered in the timely period.

This was disappointing, the melt didn't even fill the box and had very little filling. I ordered the exact same thing from the location at 67th St in Raytown. It was full of meats and cheese, it also took up all the space in package. I was able to have left over the next day, this time not so much. I won't be ordering a melt from this location again. The melt was runny with liquid and not crispy at all.

I did an online order. I don't like getting delivery anymore because of the fees they charge. They said my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes and when I got to the drive-thru in 15 minutes, it was ready.

Wow. We just moved into this area and I ordered a ton of pizzas to feed our moving helpers. Every. Single. Employee was KIND, positive, and genuine! I have never been so impressed with a Pizza Hut! We will DEFINITELY be coming back. Thank you, all those who prepared our food and checked us out today; 5-stars all around!

Rude staff, cold non fresh food, even though I ordered delivery I had to go and pick up my order after contacting the store because they were over an hour and a half beyond the allotted delivery time. No attempt was made to contact me. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service, food, and interaction with the staff. Will not be ordering from that location and possibly Pizza Hut again.

We ordered take-out and picked it up through the drive-thru window. The girl at the window (blue hair) was smiling and very courteous. Sausage pizza was excellent.

If you like pineapple pizza like I do this is the pizzahut to go to they load the pizza full of pineapple like 5-8 pieces a slice

They have great delivery guys. They double check their orders before delivering. So if you're like me and order extra items like sauce, you will receive them. Not like other places where if they forget to deliver them, you're just out of the money.

They can’t follow instructions I ordered a pizza and boneless wings for 50 bucks the wings were half covered with Buffalo sauce and the pizza was completely made wrong I’m completely disappointed now I can’t get ahold of the store. Horrible horrible horrible!

Ordered delivery. Opened the box after the driver left it at the door and it looked like the pizza had been dropped, and then someone had tried to reassemble the pizza. It was torn up, broken, and had little bits of hair or fibers stuck to it. Called the store, and the person who answered basically asked me what I expected them to do and then went into a strange rant about the fact that gas prices were high and that the tip I had given the driver was not adequate. (I tip 20% everytime).
I drove to the location, gave them the pizza, and the same person that I spoke with on the phone told me I had eaten the pizza and that I did not receive it in the condition it was in, and then asked me several times if I was recording him, even went to look around out the front doors. Really, really strange. The other older man who helped us was kind, but that employee who was acting so paranoid and weird was completely off putting. I waited 9 mins, got a replacement pizza, and went home. I will not order from that location again.

Delivery driver don from the 40 and Noland location is always ahead of schedule and brings plenty of topping s! Nice to see someone that still cares about be there job and the customer.

Found 3 hairs in 3 different slices of pizza. I have blond hair and the hairs were long curly and black. When I called the cashier was totally grossed out and asked if I would like my money back. I told her yes, when I got transferred to the manager all he offered me was $5 or new pizzas. Why would I want a new order when I am not sure if the new pizzas would have hair in them or not? And why was I only given a $5 when my total was $60.
