It's a normal menu for a Pizza Hut. However, it's very inconsistent on what you will get and how it's prepared. Most of the time, the pizza is burnt. Not so bad it's inedible but bad enough it's noticeable. The staff is always excellent which is why I go back.

Great location, has undergone alot of work in the last year. Staff have improved, product is better, building is more maintained, overall better experience. Always have some kinks working with a made to order product; but nothing not worth waiting for, and definitely beats the competition!

Order was wrong. Service was slooowww. Asked several times about fixing our order. Nothing was done. Well, they did refund us for the item. They seemed to be concentrated on fulfilling delivery orders.

Placed an order on Saturday May 7th for pizza and sandwiches when they arrived I noticed that the chips were almost a month out of date. When I call to let them know the lady on the phone said she was aware of it and the chips had been thrown out. Problem I have is she never offered to give us credit or replace them.

We went to Pizza Hut for Mothers Day.our waitress appeared to be the only employee there (although, there would have to have been a cook).
She was amazing and handled the tables, cash register & greeting people very well.
She was nice, smiling & happy, while multitasking extremely well.
If Pizza Hut reads this post, she really needs to be commended - a raise is definitely in order. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but if you check your schedule she was there on Mother's Day 11: 30ish-12: 30.
With as hard as it is to get/keep good employee's, you really want to keep her. She is definitely an asset to your establishment.

Second time there was a problem. 15 minutes later than said time, pizza was barely warm. No napkins, peppers or cheese. It was dry, not enough sauce. I think we’re done. The driver was nice

They called me on a Friday night at around 8: 30 pm and said they were closing early because they were "out of everything".

Apparently my order was messed up, not only did pizza hut get my order right they also gave me the mix up. Pizza was great tasting

**UPDATE** I was personally contacted by the owner who was super friendly and really wanted to ensure he made things right. I very much appreciate the personal reply and the corrective action taken. I am a satisfied customer and will continue ordering from this location. Star Rating updated to 5. Thanks Jim!

The last two pizza’s I’ve ordered were made incorrectly (missing toppings). I tried to call but got some looped recording about jobs at Pizza Hut and your Rewards program. Very frustrating. So, get the orders right and don’t prevent the phone from ringing through.

Staff was very friendly, and extremely professional. The store manager provided excellent service.on a side note, the way he handled himself and guided his fellow coworkers showed true aspects of a leader. Very well done.

Make the food better label what is in what box when ordering multiple pizza. Especially when they are similar but different.

Have the products on your menu. Professionalism at the drive thru. I wanted to purchase Alfredo they had none. And a kid at the window was bothering the cashier while she was assisting me. Just a pest

I tried to order some pizzas for delivery but it was going to take 3 hours to get them on a Wednesday night. So I canceled my order. When I called to cancel, nobody had an explanation or suggestion. Just sorry it will be 3 hours. You can to cancel okay thanks.
