Pizza Hut, Blue Springs MO

I’ve been disappointed many times at this location. It’s close so I have found myself accepting the fact that I may or may not be disappointed, possibly both depending on how many pizzas I order. Well Wednesday, I ordered pizza and was disappointed yet again that my pepperoni lovers had one maybe two pieces of pepperoni. I honestly was so tired rather than call and have it remade I told my kids it was cheese pizza with a surprise and sent an email about it. Haven’t heard anything back yet though. Perhaps I will drive up the road a little further the next time I want pizza.

Worst place ever i ordered a pizza and wings. I paid the delivery fee the tip and still didn’t got my pizza. I only got the wings. And when i called the store the server was extremely rude and blamed everything on the delivery guy even the receipt did not mention pizza it only said wings so it was clearly the stores fault thieves… Extremely unprofessional staff they did not even apologies.

Be courteous and friendly, actually add extra pepperoni as ordered and not handle my already cooked pizza by 4 other associates with their bare hands and attempt to just throw extra pepperoni on top and push into oven again, very unacceptable. I WILL NEVER go back or refer ANYONE there.

Our pizza was delivered all messed up in our box on pieces on top of each other. We asked for 1/2 mushroom & Pepperoni and 1/2 olive and pepperoni.there were vegetables scattered everywhere. I called to add a marinara sauce they charged me for it but it was never received.

Delivery was over an hour late according to the website. And when it finally did arrive it was ice cold.

Food was over half an hour late and wrong. I had go in just to get it. And the pizza was lukewarm at best. The manager avoided me and only had the poor young employee help me. When I got home, the pizza was wrong and the wings barley had anything on them.

I paid 45$ for ice cold pizza wings and mots sticks and no one would answer the phone at the store when I called

I went through a lengthy process of ordering on line filling out page after page and finally placed the order and paid with credit card on line.it said allow 15-20 min for pick up which i did.after i got there i got a text saying there was a problem and my order could not be processed id have to place it at the store after already waiting. I went in and they said they would make it.once made he never told me it was done just put it in a warmer until i finally asked if it was done so i waited twice for a total of 45 minutes after i drove to the store.the pizza was okay the wait and the logistics was not good.then they gave me the wrong order i got someone elses and returned it for mine

Ordered a pizza at 1050 am.said it be ro my place just past 11am.didnt get delivered cause waiting on driver ro showup.finally showed up almost 40minutes late. Manager didnt wvwn try to make rhings right.veryyyt sad

I wanted onions on half my pizza it had it on all. I had garlic Parmesan boneless chicken and there was zero sauce on the chicken. It was in the container but nothing on chicken.

Time to prepare message was 5: 50, was after 6 when done. When arrived told was in the oven but still took almost 20 minutes till I got my order.

The Detroit pizza I was expecting was supposed to have cheese from edge to edge. It had cheese in the middle and the edges were burnt dough. The topping were sparse. Will not be ordering Pizza Hut again. The quality has gone down hill.

Year after year, I will order an extra marinara and 3 out of 5 times "No Show". It happen again.

The pizza was ready on time, was hot, and was very good tasting. The crust and toppings were excellent.

Delivery driver was friendly and got us our food piping hot. Appreciate the great service.

The food was really good and it was ready on time. And the curbside pickup was nicely handled and appreciated.

My last order was incorrect. Got a family deal meal and ended up with 2 Meat Lovers instead of a Meat Lover and Pepperoni pizza.
