Pizza Hut, El Dorado Springs MO

Sunday buffet, Approximately 1 p.m. Seems there was at least one guy in the kitchen area, pants needed pulled up about 12”. One gal working the front. Only about 3 Or 4 tables of customers. Was glad to get out of there.

I love the General Manager Drake he's so cooland always seems to be in a good moodand he seems to love his job which made my experience even better I've ordered from them several times and I always get freshly cooked food it's great I recommend the friesand the pastathose are some of the best foodsI know its pizza hut but they offer foods besides pizza lol

Food was hot and quick. The server was pleasant and quirky. Loved her personality and spirit. It was pretty slow and we ordered off the menu. No buffet during dinner.

Always hot and delivered promptly. Never bring cheese and peppers. My fault though for not asking when I ordered my pizzas.

Food was good, I would have preferred the convienience of a Drive-Through window at the restaurant.

Buffet is back on Sundays, yay! And there's new management so the pizza is way better!

The Store is clean and I have not even seen a Dine in Pizza Hut in years. The server was on it as soon as Someone came in. Friendly service and the delivery driver was early when I had pizza delivered.

So disappointed. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite tonight it was cold and dried out no taste at all The deliver driver was as nice as can be so a plus there.so sad.

Worked here very shortly. The manager Greg. Has serious problems and yelled and swore in front of the whole store and tried to tell me to get the f out without giving me my tip money and he still wouldn't. Someone else had to. Dont eat there. I washed dishes and if anybody else did it it was disgusting. DONT EAT HERE

I had an order for over $45. When I gave the girl a $100 she refused to take it. I literally had to go get change! If that ever happens again, I will not be back. Now my pizza & wings are cold!

Had the buffet small selection of pizza, no dessert other than cinnamon sticks, no to go cups and won't even think about taking any bills bigger than a 20. Waitress was matter of fact when asked about things, no I'm sorry maybe I can do this just no. Manager needs to be more customer friendly and teach his employees the same. From the feel of it it's a top down I don't care attitude about service.

This place used to give good food and pizza. The last year or so it has changed and not for the best. For example. Tonight. This is what we got for garlic parmesan wings. First there wasn't even the correct amount we were missing 2. Then the whole sauce thing. I did not know I ordered wing soup. This is horrible! How could a manager or ANYONE that works there allow this to leave the kitchen? I would be embarrassed. And no we didn't eat them. We threw them in the trash where they belonged!

I called and was put through to a call center. They took my order and told me a time. When it was 15 min late I called back and was put through to local store. They said they did not have my order. And now we have to wait an additional 35 min for the delivery. Claimed they were having internet problems. We live in a small town don't understand why calls go through a call center in a different country.

It had been a long time since we ordered from here. The pizza was sloppy made, more crust than anything, we ordered extra cheese that wasn't on there either. Now I remember why we don't eat Pizza Hut.
